I've been a customer and consigner, but it's not likely to continue. The customer service and employees used to be great. Recently though, it's been subpar on multiple occasions. No more smiles; not much cheerfulness; no being pleasant.
If you take items in for possible consignment, I highly suggest you do the following. 1) Take pictures and make a list of what you bring. 2) When getting unaccepted items back, BEFORE leaving the store, compare the list of what you brought in with the items being given back to you and the list of what they accepted. Make sure that everything is accounted for. 3) At a later date, look for your items to make sure they are tagged.
If you ever ask questions, make sure to write down the answer and the employee's name. This will help when you return to the store and it's the wrong answer.
