I stood there for 3 mins before anyone acknowledged me. I was standing and eventually 3 customers came by behind me. They just helped others and totally ignored me.
There’s an older female employee that kept interacting with me with huge frustration when it came to printing my digital passport picture that WALGREENS sent to me since I bought a copy that week. She made it seem like I was making it up. She was simply rude. I’m not sure if she had an issue of me because I look “different” from her but I was cool and collective. I eventually walked out because she wasn’t even trying to assist me. My issue is not even about the printing process, my issue with her is she could have handled this situation with a simple “sorry this will not print” or something like that. Sad part is this was my first time at this location and definitely my last....
Read moreI like the central location, and their hours are decent (though I wish they were 24/7) but they are severely understaffed in the pharmacy or something because I've had more issues than I can count on wait times, texts saying scrips were ready but weren't actually ready, etc. Mess. Edit: This is the last straw. I ran out of both thyroid medication and antidepressant last week, I promptly ordered more well before the weekend and it's now Monday afternoon and they're still not in bottles. ANTIDEPRESSANT aka life or death for some people. Not only are they borderline incompetent during the week, now they're closed weekends.This is beyond inconvenient at this point.
