When someone doesn't want the cheese put ON a sandwich & requests for it to be put on another sandwich in the same order, why is a guest told that "it's an offering, so it's not a 'requirement'! Then when the Guest directs for it be put on the side... The response is again "we don't usually do that as it is an item that is offered, not required..."! When a person is sent to order for more than one person, who gets the flack for NOT making it as desired - the messenger!?!?! One may want to warm the meat/cheese once it's arrived at the place in which it'll be consumed?? This decision shouldn't be upon the associate to question directions given, right??
It would be nice have the bread/wrap selections visible on the sneeze guard at the beginning of the line, so the selection can immediately follow the style selection.
Questioning the "bagged separate please" is very inappropriate especially when the person sent to order has to "deliver" the items to more than one person in different areas!
Seems the Evening Crew has more patience as they can only assist one guest at a time where are the Lunch crew didn't work well together as orders were being passed down the assembly line and same questions were being asked over and over: - "what type of sandwich is this?" "Is this in the same order?" All the while the Guest has volunteered to accept the responsibility for their order!
On the most recent visit an associate was asking the person in line (maybe the owner or manager) when they could transfer back to their location! The response was along the lines of "... When we can get a staff that will stay..." Not appropriate banter while a guest was polite enough to allow that person to go ahead of them as they were still deciding!
The loud banter about "I'm NOT crying over here..." (Because the onions were out) between the front counter staff member and the drive thru associate was very unsettling while they were if the middle of addressing the Guest selecting toppings.
The cleanliness of the aprons being worn by the front line associates was disturbing! One would think the company could supply aprons to be changed as they become soiled! Not to mention the long hair not pulled up into a hairnet 😖
With all the allergies folks have it would be greatly appreciated that the DISPOSABLE gloves be changed between sandwiches in the same order & between orders to prevent any type of mishap!! (Just a thought).
Only a few selections are available for sweets; however, the 2 dozen cookies to be ordered were just being put in the oven?? Lost sale!!!
Having worked in the service industry for several years, I can only wish for betterment...
Read moreAny rating more than 2 stars is probably from an employee or an employee’s friend because this has got to be the trashiest subway I’ve ever seen. NOTHING is good about this one; the service, the food, the cleanliness…the only description that fits this place is complete trash. The employees are loud, rude and dirty, the place is a complete dump and the service is nonexistent. I’ve been there 3 times and every time it seems to be the same super loud woman with stains all over her clothes, yelling with a bunch of other clueless, also loud and dirty employees; all of them talking about anything but actually servicing the customer. Yesterday, I stood at the counter, wanting to order and, despite there being at least 4-5 employees standing around, loudly talking and gossiping, was completely ignored. The loudest of them, the woman who was apparently “in charge”, was yelling about getting things done because it was 5 till 7; while the rest of them just stood around looking at each other. The MOST I got was a few of them glanced at me but no one even acknowledged my presence. Not even a; “we’ll be with you in a minute”… nothing. Clearly I was an annoyance, an interruption of their chaotic yelling back and forth. And the other 2 times that I had been there in the past had been the exact same scenario. Just this time I walked out without even ordering, which I’m sure is what they were hoping I would do. Yes, definitely my fault for giving them 3 chances; I learned my lesson and will never be back again. This location should be taken away from whatever franchisee owns it or at the very least the manager...
Read moreThis place is an utter nightmare. The children (employees) working there have no adult supervision at all. They are very rude, nasty to the customers, never make the sandwiches exactly right, and charge you for things that you wanted but never received on the sandwich. I had spent almost $60.00 on subs, and my husband's sandwich (the bread was not done, it was halfway raw), we had said something and they are like what do you want us to do. He likes Wheat bread and unfortunately all the Wheat bread looked that way. Now when it came to my sandwich, when they cut your sub in half, she cut mine with the paper wrapped around it and I had the paper inside my sub. I said something about it and she is like well you can just pick it out. No hair nets on by any of the workers there, artificial fingernails for days with paint on them that was showing visible signs of chipping and all the manager did was send me a $10.00 gift card hoping that would make me "feel better about the service that I had received." This store is so piss poor that I am surprised that they are...
