Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Toppenish

Okay so tonight I give it a 3 cause before tonight service is always great. But tonight me and my brother were trying to call our order in and every time I'd get "can you just call her back"..and when we got there my brother went in and as he was ordering the cashier walked away and when he said he was just going to leave and go to Safeway the other one stepped up and said no sir I'll help you. Whoever that little girl was she was pretty snobby toward my brother and as soon as a Hispanic couple walked in she got all bright eyed and said may I help you. It made my brother mad having to wait like that and also they were not answering the phone while he was in there he asked her if they were going to answer and the girl told him with attitude "we are close to closing time" well honest the least you can do is tell them that instead of act busy just standing there. I don't know if she had a bad day or what but does not give the right to treat people that way especially working in cusromer...

I ordered 4 pizzas online. I got the message back that it had been received and would be ready to pick up at 3:10 in the drive- thru. 4:10 my son goes to pick up the pizza. Surprise, they aren’t ready. Had to wait 20 minute's for them to be made. They weren’t busy so that excuse isn’t going to work. When he got there he rang the bell . No one came. He rang it again. Still no one. The gal in there was too busy on her phone. Finally he had to knock on the window to get their attention. When he mentioned that the bell must not work she just sarcastically laughed. While getting his order , another customer came in. Instead of telling the other customer that she would be right with him , she stopped and helped the new customer. We finally got our pizzas over an hour after ordering them....

The female employee had 1 customer waiting for his order. She asked if I was picking up an order I said no. I asked if I could place an order she said it would about 20 to 30 minutes. I was going to wait and she told me to wait out side. I said excuse me I have to wait outside because there was a customer waiting to pickup his order. She wouldn't let me place an order. I told her I have never been treated so rudely. I told her the old manager never treated me like that. I had a face mask on. I have walked in last week and was able to purchase a pizza and wait with 2 other customers to pick up my order. I left with out placing my order and headed to Pizza Hut to place my order. I will advise family and friends to not get any pizza from...
