Support this business! It never disappoints! We have been 3 times in 2025 (on every trip) and had great experiences everytime. On arrival I notice the staff working on the upkeep of the parking lot and entrance and then got in line to read the menu and narrow down our choices. They each let us try two flavors. We have got butter pecan, chocolate, sea salt Oreo, the chocolate chip cookie and salted caramel. They are all amazing and taste homemade but the Chocolate is just so darn good and is out of this world. Today I got a salted caramel milkshake and after finding our seat was about to go back to the pick up window and the staff person was already bringing it back to the table for us. The milkshake was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was cold, refreshing, and tasty. Another time we took chocolate to go. I don’t agree with the bad reviews. This is south topsail, the business real estate isn’t going to be elite here so don’t let the skating sounds or the old building deter you, it’s just how it is at south topsail and they have cleaned up and decorated the place. Scoops is a must for anyone in the area! Actually, I would travel far and wide to have this ice cream. The flavors are 'perfectly' rich and spot on (flavor). The key lime pie is absolutely a full flavor pie with amazing chunks of key lime pie in your perfectly sized scoop. The strawberry ice cream is as fresh as you can imagine and actually award winning. If you come to Topsail, you have to stop here! The staff and owners are so amazing and sweet! This was our first time down here and we were celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday so we ordered a cake from them! The day we picked it up I got caught in the Surf City traffic for over an hour and the cake was a melted mess when I got back to our condo. I was in tears and my husband texted the owner who was more than happy for us to bring it back so that they could fix it!
