Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Torrance

Worst service ever. I picked up my pizza and garlic twist on time per App. Got home 5 minutes later and garlic bread hard. I called and went back to get fresh one. The manager Mark said it was my fault because he saw it sit on heater for 45 min. I told him I already went home and came back and it hasn't even been 45 min since original order. He just wanted to explain himself and show his power. He should be saying sorry instead of acting like my fault. I told him kiss my rear and I'm never coming back. Manager Mark wouldn't give last name and doesn't have name tag so who knows. This place used to be way better. Mark isn't management material for sure. Evening shift...

So I’m at a hotel near the Dominos pizza I called to order because my kids were really hungry employee answers the phone laughing and hung up on me saying call again later I called about two more times they still hung up on me. Then I called one more time hoping that they will be a little nicer then they want to act smart saying that they don’t know what hotel I’m staying at and I told them I was going to give them my address I was so disappointed how their customer service was so poor they gave me attitude at this point I had enough and told them that I was never going to order from them again and he continued to laugh and hang...

We ordered from this store last night and they just completely dropped the ball. I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich, which had almost zero meat on it. It looked like they substituted the meat with mushrooms. The sandwich still tasted great but I was very disappointing that there was no meat. Then the salad my Girlfriend got came with no dressing or croutons. We didn't have any dressing there so I had to go out and buy some. The chicken we ordered turned out well though. Overall the experience we had from this store was very poor. I am very disappointing in how everything turned out. Thank you...
