BE CAREFUL WITH THE FOOD! I was disappointed to know that they do not allow returns or remakes for unsatisfactory dishes. It's important for customers to feel safe and satisfied with their meals, and this policy doesn't seem to prioritize that. I advise caution when ordering from here. I visited this restaurant tonight and had a disappointing experience with the management. While the meat we ordered was good, the garlic noodle dish was extremely salty. When I brought it to the attention of our waitress, she was dismissive and unhelpful, she said : " so what?". I requested to speak with the manager, who agreed to remove the item from our order. However, upon receiving the bill, I noticed that the garlic noodle dish was still included. When I brought this to the attention of our waitress, she informed me that the manager had refused to remove it. I found this to be unacceptable, as we had already discussed the issue with him and he had agreed to remove it. When the manager returned to our table, he was confrontational and uncooperative. He refused to remove the item from the bill and instead offered to throw it away. I was not looking for a refund, but rather a solution to the problem, he can rather say to remake it, but he said: " you have already eat." It's very funny, if I don't try the noodle how would I know if it salty? I felt like I was being compelled to leave a tip, which left a bad taste in my mouth. As a customer, I believe that tipping should be a voluntary act of appreciation for exceptional service, not a mandatory obligation. I understand that tipping is customary in many places, but it should never be forced upon the customers. I hope that the establishment will review their policies regarding tipping and ensure that customers are not pressured into leaving gratuities. Went here tonight with party of about 15 people. I ordered very light meal of only soup, meat, chicken breast and little white rice while others ordered full course meal and drinks and the works.
Well apparently my chicken breast came out as part of all the others meal and was eaten by them.. basically served to the wrong people and eaten by the wrong people. When I asked for it, their reply was "sorry sir we served it to all the others but you can order (and buy) another"
So yes our bill had to be close to $1000 and you admit you messed up an order of chicken. A $8 order of chicken and you tell the customer basically screw you.
Maybe be the best food in the world but I dobt deal with any business like that. Is a $8 chicken breast going to break your bank on a bill of almost $1000? Even if the bill was only $16... that's like taking an order, cooking it, delivering it to the table but accidentally dropping it as you walk to the table. You get to the table and say to customer "sorry no chicken as I dropped it on the way but you can order another and pay for it!"
That's a business that will and should be bankrupt. The customer is always right... I guess not here.
I am sure the resturant will have some snappy answer but point blank. An order was made. You admitted YOU messed up and the customer never got the food and you want the customer to buy it again? No excuse on the planet for that other than "sorry sir. We will replace it immediately and of course its no extra charge". No one told us if there is any time limit and I believe there is none for the dining time limit but they rush to clean the table just because there are people waiting outside. As soon as the table are cleaned and while we were still talking and drinking water, we were asked to leave right away. We made reservations, we ordered 4 orders of premium omakase. We left 20% tips. However we will NEVER come back to a restaurant with this kind of ghetto service.
Service is really whatsoever. Nobody gives a shit and you need to chasing them for just adding some water to your empty cups. No dining time limit but a round face girl waitrrsd (Not our original serving waitress) just keep rushing with the desert even we haven't finished the dinner. After desert, she cleaned up the table right away and ask us to leave with a fake smiling face even we were still drinking water and talking. My son even had ice cream in his mouth Lol. After we got to the door, some people are waiting outside and I realized that they are rushing for next table's money. Since I already paid for the meal and the tips, I guess they are focus on one-time customer only. So I'm never go back to this place.
