TNT has the best Hawaiian food in the South Bay. The place is in a small strip mall and it has free parking. The outside is cute and the inside, although not huge, is just adorable. It is kept super clean.
The service is ever so nice. The entire staff knows what is great and if you ask they will tell you. They are fast and the food is always right, be it for dine in, pick up or delivery.
Now. TNT is not open late and I wish they were. There are plenty of items for dinner and besides what is wrong with breakfast for dinner or lunch for dinner. Most nights they close at 7 pm, and some nights even earlier. So give a call or look at their website before you go.
It can get crowded, but the wait is never bad. The food is just that good.
We love breakfast and lunch there. Their fried won tons are just great as are their poke nachos served over crispy won ton. The poke is marinated in a sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, white onions, and seaweeds. It is all then topped with sliced green and white onions, and furikake. It is so tasty.
We also love their home made corn beef hash breakfast, served all day. It is just great. It comes with hash browns, eggs any style and your choice of breakfast potatoes and toast or steamed rice which is perfection.
They even have burgers and French toast if you like. They are great.
You will love this place and the...

The star of my dining experience was the Kalua Pork. This authentic Hawaiian dish was expertly prepared, with the pork being exceptionally tender and bursting with flavor. The smoky nuances of the traditional cooking method were evident in every succulent bite.
My friend opted for the Fried Rice. This dish was remarkable in its own right, cooked to perfection with a symphony of flavors and fresh ingredients that complemented each other beautifully.
What really amplified our dining experience was the relaxed atmosphere and the incredibly kind and patient staff. Despite us overstaying a bit, they were nothing but gracious and understanding, ensuring we always felt welcome.
This restaurant delivers the authentic taste of Hawaii in a wonderfully comfortable setting. The brilliant execution of traditional recipes and the outstanding service make it a must-visit spot for any food lover. Whether you're seeking the comfort of Kalua Pork, a fantastic Fried Rice, or a journey through the flavors of Hawaii, this restaurant should be your next dining destination. Excited to eat here again...
Read moreMy family & I have coming here since the original family was at The Rickshaw Restaurant (aka Gardena Bowl, for the real ones that know. It was the restaraunt’s real name). Followed them to Kau Kau Corner inside of Marukai (now Tokyo Central on Artesia Blvd), and now to their new home on Anza & PCH.
✅ Food is still great. New menu items, along with their signature classics from Gardena Bowl days. ✅ Staff are all incredibly cool & welcoming. ✅ Low-key, hidden & intimate spot in the back of the business plaza. Safe & comfortable!
I bring all of my friends & family, from far & wide. From friends that don’t have any rice spots in their area, to friends from Japan, they all LOVE TNT Aloha Cafe, just as much as I do. It’s definitely a comforting spot that makes you feel welcomed & comfotable.
100% recommended to check out, if you...
