Fusion Sushi — Restaurant in Torrance

Tonight I tried Fusion Sushi located on PCH in Torrance. Despite my initial disappointment in the diameter size of my Sushi Rolls 🍣 I realized that I should put aside my negativities and dive in. The food tasted absolutely amazing. Instead of six slices of sushi I was surprised to see there was actually eight slices. I purchased the Shrimp Roll 🍤 that was pretty good and a Lobster Roll 🦞which I strongly recommend as it was bursting with flavor. However, I could not tell if it was Lobster or miniature Shrimps in place of it, lol. 😂

As for my drink, I think they could have given a more generous size of their yummy raspberry iced tea as it wasn't very big.

Price was fairly reasonable and comparative to how delicious the meal was. My dinner tonight was fantastic and I'm most definitely going to return. 4 Stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is where my fiance took me on our first date and I didn't know that he and his family had been coming here over 30yrs. The staff is friendly and treat everyone kindly. Now that I've been going for a few years I definitely have some favorites. The popeye which is a dish of fried spinach and garlic with sliced tuna and a light sauce they make is just mouth watering. We have to get it every time we go in. The mackerele is another favorite of mine as well. The pink lady i do like but dont get often because its fried is still a special treat for me. Depending on whos working in the back they always bring a special dish out for us to have. One night it was a full seared and charred fish that was just flaky and tender. I’ve been coming to Fusion Sushi since I was a kid, and it will always be one of those places that feels like home. The food has been incredible for as long as I can remember, always fresh and full of flavor. Every visit feels just as special as the last. The staff are so warm and welcoming, and the manager Gina always goes out of her way to make everyone feel cared for.
