What can I say, if you are craving breakfast download the app and get ready for an amazing experience!

Recommended Foods: Kale Tonic (so delicious!) Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl And of course The Trifecta with a Waffle! (Yum!)

Take Out - If you want carryout, even on their busiest days our to-go order is ready within 20 minutes. In addition to the quick service, the order is always correct with full condiments included! They have 4 parking spots up front that are labeled "PickUp" in blue with the complex name below them "RPT". Hop out of your car and head in to the front window to the carryout shelf for your order pick up. Easy peasy to see if it is ready from your car.

Dine In - If you want to dine in (or out on their umbrella covered patio) utilize the app to hold your place in line. When you get to the restaurant let them know you are there and if you want to sit outside. I highly recommend sitting outside, it is lovely.

Vegetarian - If you are a vegetarian they have meals specifically for the veggie lovers which is the chef's kiss fantastic!

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies - I have quite a few allergies, (so annoying,) this is one of the reasons I eat at Frist Watch. I simply state what I cannot have and they take care of the rest. I have yet to send a plate back from an accidental mishap. The staff take time to ensure ingredients are okay for me which make me feel safer about eating out there.

As with all allergies, check the ingredients and always ask.

Kid Friendly - Kiddos are welcome here and they have excellent kid approved options and porper portions.

Parking - At first glance, parking can look challenging, however there plenty of spots again even on busy days. If you have a carry out order park where the white and blue signs are up front. There are 4 spots open for carry out.

Wheelchair Accessiblity - There is wheelchair parking available and a ramp leading into the restaurant. There are double doors at the front that would require assistance to maneuver through. Although sitting is tight there is enough room to get through and plenty of options for seating. The restrooms and...

My husband and I have come here just about every Sunday for brunch for almost two years now. Of all the FWs in West County I feel the T&C location is the best; always great customer service and consistently top notch food. We love their seasonal specials, and we each have our favorite go-to menu items. Right now their Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos have been my favorite! I’ve ordered it about six times in a row and each time they're consistently excellent!

I enjoy seeing the regular staff as well every Sunday. Familiar faces and consistently great service and food are what makes me return: shout out to Josh for always manning the host desk so courteously and efficiently, no matter how busy it gets. He even remembers our name (Kelli & Kyle Vetters, aka “The Vetters”) probably because we’re there so often, but I know that not many people will make it a point to do that these days. It's a nice touch. Even our waitress today, Paige, recognized us and said, “You guys are here all the time”, and was very friendly. And another shout out to all of the staff who work so hard to make the customer's experience at T&C FW an enjoyable one. We appreciate all...

So I’ve dined in here before and it was great. I decided two weekends in a row to order to go and literally both times I was super disappointed but each was worse than the other. The first time portions seemed small but honestly I let it go. We ordered the following weekend and I was appalled by what I was given. Literally it was half of what you would normally get if you dined in. We got the special eggs Benedict and barely got one egg. It was the size of a quarter. We got no side no fruit. With either of our entrees. I’m not sure if they just figured we would think that’s how it is but it’s not. It’s totally different food quality from dining in to take out which is totally unacceptable. I paid $50 for breakfast and it was maybe worth $20. I was more than disappointed I was kinda enraged. Whoever is in charge of quality control totally failed. I won’t be making this mistake for a 3rd time dine in or carry out. You definitely just lost a customer for life and one that’s super local to the area. I tried to call to have the situation rectified but was put on hold then hung up on. Save yourself the trouble! Not worth the $$ or the...
