They're nacho cheese taste worse than the processed crap at the gas station. Their staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when I was in there last and to be quite honest I make better quesadillas in the microwave not to mention what they're charging compared to the cost of their ingredients and how long it takes to make is ridiculous not worth the money. Not enjoyable to eat and bad staff. I'll go to Taco Bell before I come back here

I've had your food once and only once. I believe everything I said about it. There's a reason why I've never come back a second time, including the fact that you guys do not accept cash. You guys were rude and unprofessional on that completely separate interaction as well showing a habit.

What do you mean by threats. you mean responding to an employee trying to grab food out of my hands following me outside of the store after I've already confirmed that that's the food for my customer. He was getting too close to me ( 3 - 5 ft)and I repeated myself three or four times saying do not touch me. If you touch me we are going to have a problem. I shouldn't be harassed by your employees like that. After I told him once to leave me alone that should have been it.

And by tampering with food you mean putting a business card in the outer plastic bag? Every food item is individually wrapped. There is not loose food inside of that plastic bag. I have every right to leave a business card on top of taped to or inside the bag of food when I drop it off through doordash at my discretion. After the food is made, paid for, and the delivery driver has confirmed the order and picked up the food. It's not your food and you have no right to tell me or my customer what to do with it. They are not dependable for Big Orders. I called on 5/1 to inquire about food on 5/2 for 9 people. I spoke with Sean and he said that they had to take the order the day before but that they would actually ring it in and charge the card the morning of the delivery. I gave him our order for 9 and a side of chips and queso. He gave me a total. I asked him to double check that we had nine items not including chips and queso and he confirmed. The next day we got our delivery 35 mins past the promised time (though it was raining), only it was short one of our client's order. I called back and the gentleman told me that it wasn't on the receipt so they didn't make it and that we would be charged. I said that was fine, but we needed the last order made and delivered so that we all had food. he said that they would have it right out. i waited 42 mins before calling and the gentleman that answered said that the delivery driver was walking out the door now (we are only 10 mins away). I asked if she was coming here first and he said yes. i waited 35 minutes before i called and asked for the manager Bob. He called the driver who said that they were 5 mins away. when i got there, she mentioned that she had 4 other deliveries so sorry about the delay showing me her front seat with all the empty delivery bags to prove it. Client got their food 2 hours past the original time for delivery and more than an hour and a half after everyone else who waited 30 mins to even start. 3 stars because food was good and driver was polite. The food here was not very good. The only reason why it’s getting two stars instead of one is because the portion sizes are so big- probably why the prices are so high. I went with a friend and we got the Cancun quesadilla and the Memphis nachos. The only decent part of the meal was the quesadilla, only because it was what was edible. It didn’t have much flavor at all. The worst part of the experience was the nachos. I’m not sure how their queso is “famous” as it is probably one of the worst cheese dips I’ve had in my life. It was chunky, gritty, and honestly didn’t even taste like cheese. The pulled pork on the nachos had a weird flavor and texture, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. The chips were also stale and hard, it seemed like they have been sitting out for hours or even days. Not sure how those are the “greatest chips on the planet.” I am pretty sure I broke a tooth on them, they were THAT hard and stale. The nachos didn’t have much flavor either. Overall a disappointing experience from a place I was so excited to try. Do not order nachos if you go here, maybe just try a quesadilla, though I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I truly feel like I wasted my money.
