Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Town and Country

Without a doubt the worst JJ location in the entire Stl area. The unprofessional attitude is inexcusable. The person at the drive thru window said “fucking” and “fuck” multiple times, unprovoked and unwarranted. I placed the order online and went to pick it up 10-15 minutes later. They handed us one item at a time. And when it was mentioned that we ordered and paid for more cookies and bags of chips than we received the worker was rude and used the language mentioned above- the children in the car heard him loud and clear. Almost $40 wasted, because the sandwiches we received were the wrong size and soggy- and very sloppily put together. Aside from that I absolutely do not feel comfortable eating anything prepared by the teens who have such low etiquette and work ethic. I don’t think they can be trusted to prepare food for others. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. They hang out behind the counter messing around and are visibly upset when a customer shows up. Their attitude is unfriendly and they seem greatly inconvenienced when asked or expected to do something as simple as fulfilling the order that was paid for or Lord forbid putting napkins in the bag.

If you’ve got the money to set on fire at this location and not even receive the food you ordered- you can definitely afford to eat at all the much better managed and staffed restaurants...

I just got hung up on TWICE around 7 pm by a man that’s more concerned with counting my money than doing his job! I called back to speak with a manager and the female said the mgr not available . I told her I already reported to google and the owner would see it so she may as well put the manager on the phone. She gave the phone to that same guy The guy says his name is QUARAN I told him I want a foot long sandwich, chips and a cookie. We have soda machines here. He started telling me he’s gonna give me a Certain sandwich so it won’t charge me that much and I asked about combos and such and he dropped me back to an 8” and I keep telling him I WORK NIGHT SHIFT AT A NURSING HOME, 12 hour shift and I have low blood sugar STOP COUNTING MY MONEY !!! His answer for everything has to do with “ SAVING ME MONEY” I need FOOD TO LAST ME ALL SHIFT! Every other word he said was about money!!! MY MONEY! I really don’t appreciate that. I wanted a big sandwich , chips, & a cookie 🍪 how hard is that??? NOW THAT HES NASTY AND RUDE ILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE, I don’t want NOTHING THIS...

I ordered on DoorDash, they called me saying they do not have a deliver for DoorDash, so I ask them to cancel the order. I went on to JJ official website to place an order right after, It emailed me a confirmation with tracking but that tracking link is not a working link. I ended up waiting 90mins with two orders placed and received nothing by the end. This is not the worst part, the store manager told me and reconfirmed the order was cancelled on DoorDash. But it never did. I was charged. Contacted DoorDash three times on their app describing what happened, but never got...
