Today's experience was based on customer service. The associate working the drive-thru this morning really should brush up on his social skills. My reciept says, Albrielle, but I can confirm it was a young man - blonde, thin, maybe high school age? I drove up to the speaker and he asked if I could wait a moment, which is totally fine! However when it became a while, I simply asked "Hello" to see if he came back and he said, "I told you before to wait...I'm here now...what can I get you?" His tone was rude and irritable. Also when I noticed the cookie I had previously ordered was still on the screen (it was no longer in stock, which again, is totally fine!), I noted it was still there looking at the order screen when he asked for my Panera number. His response was "No I didn't" and then he proceeded to delete it from the order AFTER I told him. I'm not sure what triggered his confrontational demeanor overall, but it wasn't the least bit necessary. While I don't suggest this associate to be reprimanded, I will say he needs proper training as far as etiquette if he is to work in a customer service role. Unfortunately based on this experience, I won't be back for a while or suggest this...
Read moreI just went to this place three times. all of them were so bad experiences. The last one was today 10/22/2022. I started my order, the young man was acting rude and he told me we do not have this sandwich., (the Sierra Turkey) and we don’t have that kind of sandwich any more. But other worker young lady helped him find the order. And he told me we don’t have chips either, and We are out of chips. I did not say anything, and I gave him the tip anyway. When I picked up my order the worker who was preparing my sandwiches gave me the chips and the sandwiches. That means the young man who was working today on the cash register around noon was lying to me. They also put my order on so small bag and it full off my hands all over the floor, no one even cares. One gentle man was a customer helped me pick up my food from the floor. I told the worker that bag so small and she gave me another bag small too. In this location I will never go back and all over that place so nasty and unclean. I don't know what's the wrong with the owner. The owner training not valuing...
Read moreEdit... They continue to disappoint. The last FOUR times I have ordered from them they have screwed up the order. Three different ordering methods. Online - order NEVER came out, when it finally did.... they did not seem phased that I sat there for 20 mins and had to ask them to MAKE my order. I called to give some feedback and they said I would get a call back. Shocker.,,,, I never got a call what a surprize. Ordered for my team 15 lunch orders. they forgot to make 3 of the meals!!!! We TRIED to call and let them know, but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! had to have people miss the meeting to go fix the screwed up lunch order. Ordered drive thru and they forgot the cheese on an egg and cheese....... ordered drive thru again and twice the person taking the order confirmed over easy for the egg.... they made scrambled instead. Not even going to BOTHER to call because they either wont answer the phone or the manager wont actually call back . Worst Panera I have...
