Honestly, the way I bought a screen protector for a switch and it was scratch came in to return it. Got told at first by the dude they canāt take back open items, only exchange them which whatever. But than told me he couldnāt because he didnāt have one in stock and apparently couldnāt order one. All this whatever. I bought this on Saturday. And than he told me that bc they didnāt have any in stock I could get a refund? So you couldnāt do it in the first place but now you can? So than heās like do you have the card you used and I said yeah for the refund. He than told me he needed my id for a refund, said that they need to scan idās now and it started on Friday. I have bought multiple things within a week here never needed a id. Itās just annoying bc i literally feel like this man is so rude for like no reason. Like idk the person i was with felt like they were rude the first time i was in there buying something. Than today the same attitude. He just def keeps leaving a bad taste in my mouth. The woman that works there is very kind. But this dude just kind of rude. Like idk Iām leaving some stuff out but just I donāt wanna buy nothing in that store if heās there...

We bought a game and when we got home we found that they had not put the game in the box. Human error, that's fine. We called and they told us to just bring in the box and recipet and they would fix it. So I drove back and was greeted with hostility and skepticism over the issue. I went into the store to buy a game for my husband as a gift. I don't know much about console games and asked for advice. The gentleman with long hair couldn't be bothered with me or my questions. I was only 1 of 2 customers in the store. He was very short, huffy and just rude. When my husband went in today to purchase another game, he was yet again met with hostility and an "i can't be bothered" attitude.
What happened to the friendly employees who would help, answer questions, chit chat (if they werent busy) about nee games? I miss those...

Made sure the funds were in my account to be safe, and on release day they took my money and then 4 days later gave it back to me and canceled my order for me for no reason. I'll never pre-order another thing from Gamestop because there is no guarantee and they don't care if they have to cancel your order or not. Literally no point in pre-ordering from Gamestop.
