This was bad. Really bad, like health department bad. Service was non-existant even though we were the only table at 250pm on a Sunday. The odd silence should have been our cue to leave. We tried to order off the lunch menu which went until 3pm. By the time our order was taken it was 302 and told we had to order something else - no big deal, we had to order off the dinner menu. 2 flights of Margaritas arrived with no ice in them. It was as if the were premade at the bar, placed in the cooler and poured as needed. They didnt taste fresh by any means . The guac dip was by far more sour cream than avacados. Ick. My enchalidas arrived by the server, carrying them with an oven mit. I took a bite. It was less than room temperature. I sent it back -and im someone who never sends anything back. It came back a little warmer but tasted relly really stale. Possibly prefrozen meals and aged in a improperly kept cooler? I didnt eat it. Im not fond of food poisining. My guest ordered her food with NO ONIONS. It came out with onions. I sent it back. When it came back, it was smeared around the plate as if someone tried to use their hands to pick out the onions and sent it back to us. There were still onions in the dish. We had to flag down our server for any service. They seemed more interested in getting their door dash orders out than dealing with customers. 4 people - dinners, guac, 3 alcohol drinks, 1 soda was $178 plus a low 10%tip which im not sure why i left it. Double...
Read moreWhere do I begin with this place. We have been coming here a couple times a month for the past two years. Throughout the past two years you can see that there service and quality has been slowly detroiating. Almost every time we go in the prices seem to change. They have raised the prices per meal about 5 dollars and the portion sizes have been cut in half(at least for what we order). I placed an order today and the woman read it back to me and I get there and she said she didn't hear what I ordered... Fine I waited 10 minutes for my food and I live 2 miles down the road and it was ice cold. I got the burrito villa and got only the burrito and the quesadilla (only a quarter piece). I also got a margarita to go the large one and they told me it was 21.00 bucks. When I went 2 weeks prior I was charged 16.00. I honestly feel that this place is extremely overpriced now and the service is not great. I hope they can turn it around but can tell you I will not be coming here again if things don't change and prices are...
Read moreSecond time we have eaten here. One of only a few places that are back open to indoor dining after the injunction. Sunday night dinner and it was great. Service, top notch. Not pushy, not too slow, just about right. We arrived at 7:30 and they planned on closing at 8:00. We said we’d order right away and be as quick as they could be. Ordered queso fundido right away and with the drinks, it arrived. Ordered our meals when the queso arrived. The Special Steak was very different. Grilled veggies on top a very tender steak with all the sides. The chimichangas with pork is my daughters favorite and it was to her liking. The wife ordered mole poblano and the chicken was very good, moist and cooked perfectly. If you’re in the Amherst, Clarence, Lockport, Pendleton areas, a small place with a bar that has great Mexican food. ...
