Iāll first preface my commentary with this - resturant protocol definitely needs to be taught to resturant employees, and, the employee Iām referencing in this commentary was polite/respectful. On October 8th, at approximately 3pm, I patronized your business for the first time. Upon entry, I went to the counter, and there was a young lady at the register, on her cell phone. After waiting for approximately 5 minutes, I asked the young lady, who was still on her cell phone, ācan someone help me?ā She then got off her phone, and attended to me. She put on gloves and proceeded to take my order. The young lady completed my order, and while placing the lid on the bowl, some of the peppers fell to the floor. The young lady then picked up the peppers from the floor, with her gloves still on, and disposed of the peppers. She then finished putting the lid on my bowl. Best practice should have either been disposing of the peppers after I left, or, putting on a clean pair of gloves after she removed the peppers from the floor. Again, protocols need to be taught, with periodic reinforcements to ensure that employees are conducting themselves...

I had to call the originalĀ location to get assistance.Ā The managerĀ overchargedĀ me after being very nasty to me. He charged me $8 for extra meat (the receiptĀ said 16oz of chicken) He was very rude very disrespectful, and not willing to help. I hadn't left the store yet or opened my food I called the originalĀ Rachels on main street right away and the lady at the original Rachels location was very supportive!!!. The other worker at Niagara falls blvd location even said "yeah he shouldn't have charged you that much" They wanted me to leave the food and recipe and stated I would get a refund in 2 weeks !!!! and thatĀ didn't sound right to me. When the manger first cashed me out he didn't even tell me how much the order was I had to ask but only to see on my receiptĀ he charged me $8 dollars extra on top of my 14.99 bowl when extra meat is usually$3-4 dollarsĀ . i would leave a 0 if i could .... the lady from the orginal Rachels said she would contact cooperate.... why is there no customer service number and the email online doesn't work for customer...

You might be asking⦠Me and my husband are both white, she didnāt ask us all the questions what sheās supposed to ask. She immediately assumed what rice I want (didnāt ask at all just assumed, she said protein- then I proceeded to say Brown rice then she rolled eyes and said ā what protein) plus she added Peppers on my fiancĆ©s plate even tho he didnāt ask for them. Asked for a white pita on the side, she proceeded to ignore me. Then when we were done and eating a dark skin women came in and the server was SO NICE all of the sudden, asking her with all the respect in the world. I used to be a server at a way busier Ice cream shop back in CT so I know how hard the job is, but at least I was never racist:). Anyway there was a very nice cashier with a thin beard and glasses, HE should get a raise because he is the nicest person I have met.
