LYING/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. here is a copy of the email I sent to popeyes. Which, btw, they NEVER replied to.
Hello, I don't complain very often, but this situation was in my opinion just too much to let it go. We were out shopping and my girl wanted to go there to eat. She loves your Blackened tenders. We were going to eat in after we ordered. She went to order 1st, and when she said she wanted the Blackened tenders 5 piece...the lady at the counter(who i believe was manager on duty), said they no longer had them, they were discontinued. My girl was highly disappointed as that was all she wanted, so we left and went to truck to figure out what to do next. She said, I don't get it, I just got them the other day at a different popeyes with my dad. She looked on internet and saw nothing about them being discontinued. So, she got an idea, she open her Popeyes app to see if it would let her order them. Sure enough, IT DID ALLOW AND TAKE HER ORDER!! As, we waited ww drove down road where i got Wendy's throught the drive thur. Then came back and went in Popeye drive thur gave our order #, pulled up and got her food. The lady at counter(manager?), LIED right to our face!! Not only is lying to customers horrible customer service, but it cost your business money. As, we were both going to eat in originally, and my order would has cost alot more than her tenders/soda. But, how dare she look us right in the face and easily boldly lie to us? Was she THAT LAZY, she didn't want to make them? For some context, it was NOT BUSY.... it was about 5:10 pm, the drive thur was empty, no one at counter when we walked us, and only 2 people dining in eating at the time. NOT BUSY AT ALL! It was the Amsterdam, NY store. The lady had reddish blonde hair, older(40-50??), and had glasses. It was about 5:10 pm on Friday, March 7th. And our drive thur pick up receipt has a time of 5;25 pm. You are more than welcome to contact me. I REALLY hope this matter is addressed and that lady is disciplined!! Boldly lie to customers for whatever reason that cost your company money, but also shows her character. What else is she doing on the job? Thank you for your time and hopefully addressing...

Ordered on the app as a drive thru order, when I pulled up to the drive thru and told them my name I was told âha you have to come in for thatâ why is it even an option if itâs not an option đ¤ so in I goâŚto get told it will be an 8 minute wait until my ghost pepper wings are done. Ok I can handle 8 minutes I guess, until 8 turned into more like 15 minutes. Not cool! Then when they finally were done and the worker at the counter gave some of them to the car that was in front of me at the drive thru because they forgot hers, guess whatâŚnot enough for my order! So I was given a cold spicy wing instead. When she handed me the ghost peppers she started to walk away, I had a whole other meal and sides coming plus a drink! She printed the receipt so she knew the order and just ignored it. So I had to wait again! No BBQ, no regular ranch, the fries were cold and soggy like they were taken from the dumpster and served again, my husbands whole meal was cold and I confirmed by trying a piece of his chicken. The staff are also kind of rude, as I stand in line the one girl walks right in front of me, no excuse me and nobody behind me so why even do it? Rude. When the counter worker asked about more ghost pepper wings the cook told her there werenât any thawedâŚyou sell chicken get it together! Food wasnât even edible, so now we spent over $30, we have a nasty film in our mouths from the little bit we forced down and weâre still hungry!!!    Read moreWe placed an order for delivery that was a little over $140. After being 40 mins late, we only received 1 bag with maybe 20% of our order. Needless to say after paying inflated prices for delivery, on top of the tip that you can't reverse I ended up going to the restaurant. As you can see money wasted on delivery! After fighting to get a parking spot, I enter into a chaotic atmosphere. After a little arguing with the staff they finally replaced what I didn't receive. In all honesty I should had been refunded a portion, given a voucher for $X of dollars, or something to compensate a shorted order that I paid for and delivery I lost money on. Portions of the sides is horrible. Container(s) are not even close to full. Mashed potatoes for example: if you get a small, expect roughly a hefty tablespoon worth. Large is a little better, but still nowhere close to full. Chicken tenders are mainly breading. I had very little tender, but a lot of crunchy hard breading. Probably the only thing that I enjoyed was the chicken sandwich (which I was shorted spicy ones still, as they ran out), and the fries. The boned chicken was dry, and they even ran out of bbq sauce for the over breaded tenders. My opinion is stay away for awhile until they get proper staffing, better cooks, an hopefully better deals. Their pricing doesn't reflect what you should get. I've had Popeyes in other areas that were far more superior...
