Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Recently, I came in and placed a large, last-minute order for a catering party that I had forgotten to arrange ahead of time. I ordered several cups of soft serve ice cream and sundaes. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. They handled my order quickly and professionally while keeping a friendly attitude that made the experience easy. They made sure every cup looked great and were very generous with the toppings not skimping at all. I was impressed that they even waived the charge for one topping because the cup was already filled to the top. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help turned a rushed situation into a pleasant one. I left feeling relieved and impressed, and my guests loved how everything looked and tasted....

I will never go here again!! I wish I could leave no stars. We ordered a cake on Monday to be ready at 12pm on Saturday for my son's birthday. My husband went to go pick it up and no one is there, store is closed. Sign says they open at 11am. Waited a half hour and still no one. How do you run a business like that. Every time I come in here it’s gets dirtier and dirtier. There was hair on the freezers, the floor is sticky. The staff is not welcoming and has no personality.
