The service I received today was so distasteful and rude. The order I received was incorrect (I ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel but received a roll with black seeds which I do not eat) so I nicely asked the man at the front desk if he could correct it. Instead of owning up to the mistake he was extremely rude about it. He said it was my fault that the order was wrong when I had already repeated what I wanted multiple times on the phone before I picked it up. I don’t want to go into detail about what he said but he cowardly stormed off to the back of the kitchen after speaking to me inappropriately. First time here, and i ordered the patty melt. Rye was perfectly toasted. Right amount of cheese and onions. Burger was juicy. All the flavors blended together well and honestly it was just a very balanced amount of each taste in each bite. In terms of service that was also great. They were nice and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely check this place out if youre in town. In summary its clean, the staff is pleasant and the food is good. There are breakfast sandwiches and then there are BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. I am so happy that I stopped by to try the breakfast here. The eggs weren't drooping with oil, bacon and sausage were cooked perfectly. The ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. Ordered 4 sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed them. Prices are extremely reasonable and will be coming here more often.
