Food Luck Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I could not for the life of me remember why I stopped going to this place ( I fall out with a lot of places to be fair, but..... I tell it how it is when I'm spending my money). I live literally within walking distance and I haven't been there in about 3-4 yrs. I ordered from them earlier this week and the food was good and I said to myself "o.k.k.k. we are back on good terms". Today I called to place another order and now I remember why we fell out (it all came back to me) when I called I thought the guy over the phone did not hear me when I asked if I can place a to go order because he continued to say "hello" so I repeated myself a few times and he states "you said that three times already" so I said "o.k. bye". Terrible! After I placed order online with an app they use, they called me 2 minutes later saying that what my credit card was charged was incorrect and that they needed to add $3 more to my bill and I explained that doesn't make sense and to fix the app, until than that aren't getting any more money from me and the guy sat there and argued with me! I will never be going back there nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone because of the customer service and the way they handled an "issue" with their own online app menu. ABSOLUTELY...
