Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I've been ordering from this dominos for a while and they've always been great with ordering my food on time and getting the order and everything else right . The workers are very nice especially when they deliver I always give them an extra tip . But I just ordered pizza and this the third time they've messed up . The first time I ordered a pizza with breadsticks and paid extra for three sauces , they brought me everything but the sauces . I realized it once they left cause they usually put in in a bag or a box but it wasn't there . So I let that slide . The second time I ordered the same exact thing but an extra box of pizza and once again the brought everything besides the extra sauces . So I asked him about it and he went back to the store to get what I was missing . The third time just happened literally I'm waiting for the item I'm missing now . It isn't the sauces but the breadsticks I ordered . I ordered two pizzas , breadsticks and extra sauce . I put in the delivery note section that I would like my sauces that I've paid extra for because they would always forget it . And mind you it's the same delivery person every time . Pretty sure his name is Carlos . But anyway they brought everything including the sauces except my breadsticks 😑 . Dominos needs to step up there game . Disrespectful and rude customer service. I called because my food hadn't been delivered as of 11:24pm when it said the driver left at 10:48pm. An employee named Chani or Shani not sure the correct spelling nonetheless she was rude very immature and had no hospitality dealing with a customer at all. I was informed that the driver called me 3x, beeped upon arrival and knocked and no response mean while I'm in my living room ,while my very protective St.Benard lays by the door waiting. I was told the manager wasn't in at the time. I normally order and pick up from farmingdale and have no problems. Last week when I ordered from here a guy comes here gets out the passenger side of an unmarked vehicle also late with my order claiming his car broke down and he had to call his sibling to come pick him up from his previous destination and bring him to deliver my order. It seems as thou there is no mature adult running this store during late hrs. I rather order and drive to pick up from a different store because the last two experiences with them especially the rude child have...

I'm giving them 2 stars because I asked if he can bring the pizza out into the parking lot while I ordered so I dont have unbuckle all the kids. Two delivery guys were out there anyway doing nothing. They said, No. This has become an extremely lazy time. Maybe a sitting down job would be more there style. Edit, 11/6/18. The front desk girl in Lindenhurst, at 5:30pm berated my 6 yr old girl after she said to her, I want to work her, I love Dominoe's pizza. She had the galls to say, that probably wouldn't be a good idea, I'd choose something else. Oh my god, the fricken fall out from that all the way home was absolutely ridiculous. I had pizza all over her and my car seat she was so angry. I know when you are, 15 or 17 or whatever, you dont think a 6 yr old is smart and can comprehend your little stabs, however, you are totally wrong, they are very smart and never forget.
