Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Such a rude and horrible experience. We went there around 4:30PM on 09/05 and waited about 5-7 minutes at the menu just to order. Once me and my wife tried to order the lady sounded disgruntled and was talking real fast and angrily. My wife began to stutter in response to the offputting woman and then she began to laugh at her and we heard others in the background laughing as well. She was embarrassed and asked to order with someone else. The guy started taking the order while laughing as well. When we asked what they were laughing at they had removed the order from the screen and went silent so we just had to leave. Corporate or the store manager should really look into who was working around this time or day, because customers should not have to fear being mocked or made fun of while trying to simply place an order. Never go to this location, save yourself the time and...

Terrible experience. And this time I am done with this place. People who can't speak English should not be answering drive through calls. Period. Especially the ones who easily get mad and start to yell at customers.

I get my coffee from this location because it's convenient but 1 out of 3 times they get my order wrong. I usually get medium iced latte with 2 splendas. As you can see my order consists of 4 things. Medium, iced latte, cream, two splendas. I even try not to use words like "and", "with" "can I" to make sure they don't get confused. Because they might be hearing engine noise and maybe static. But despite all my efforts they still get it wrong.

I don't want to go to this place ever again. One, because I want to get what I order. Two, I don't want to pay for an overpriced coffee AND...

Two women at the drive thru were very rude. One even sucked her teeth in my face as if I was bothering her because I asked a question about a promotion that was advertised on the app and on the drive thru monitor. These two proceeded to speak in spanish and laugh thinking I would not understand but I did and what was said was disrespectful. I have been coming to this dunkin for years and never experienced this before. This is the second day in a row that i have experienced this unprofessional behavior from the same woman. She must be new but has no business working the window if she treats customers like that. I will no longer come to this location. This was the 7am shift. It’s disgusting to speak rude to anyone in any language. I spend a lot of money here and so has my company for holidays...
