they never let you used coupon there and they never take any deals that are In the app the people who work there are rude and do not like there job I have seen 2 year old be more respectful to stranger than the worker that this dunkin I will never go here again and I hope Dunkin shut down .and the tall male manger is so rude and disrespectful to all the high school kids I saw him yell at one of the high school kids for no reason at all the boy look like he was special needs and was going to cry thank God they have social worker at the high school. I think Dunkin need to retrain all there worker of how to act and not to be rude and they need to learn some respect for other if they do not like there job they should not work there this is only Dunkin that I have been too in my life where the worker were rude and they yell at kids I could get better customer service at fish kill state prison that at this Dunkin at less the inmate have respect for one another . I frequented this Dunkin' Donuts for years, but I am afraid they have lost my business. I'm not one to usually leave negative reviews, even if something has gone wrong, but I feel this particular instance is important. I have a condition that causes me to refrain from caffeine, so I always order decaf iced coffee. On one day a few weeks ago, I ordered, and the person who took my order also made made my drink (only one worker in the store at the time). I know she heard me say decaf because the sticker on the cup said it, but shortly after I drank my beverage, I began to feel jittery, anxious, and sick like I had drank a caffeinated beverage. Luckily for me, the caffeine doesn't put me in danger, but it definitely could for another person who has a serious cardiac problem or something else of that nature. I always get dunkin donuts and this was my first time coming to this one. It will be my last time coming to this location. I asked to use the bathroom before I ordered because I had come from far. The lady looked at me with such a rude face and said no just a bland no. I asked if I bought something as a customer would I be able to use her bathroom and again she says no. There was no explanation, I asked her why and she said no. I’m not sure what this woman’s name is but she was very rude and didn’t even give me her time of day. She just kept saying no to me before I finally walked out while she was rolling her eyes. This lady needs to be fired.
