Good food only one person is good there and it’s the owner that’s it everybody their should learn some customer service in a little bit of professionalism when customers are around cause they shouldn’t be having side conversation or a big conversation while customers and making peoples food or causing a scene because this girl has no customer service at all who was working there today and the guy who walked in they all were having a chitchat like they got out of school and everything and they’re about to hang out while making my bagel in the way I asked for it was even made properly I asked for it toasted flatten I wasn’t. It wasn’t even toasted or flatten barely any cream cheese on it and I paid four dollars for it for what for all of them to have a conversation while making a bagel that took longer to make because she kept stoping to say some back to guy nobody care about number no body want it okay do...

They say they have the best German potatoes salad. well there wrong I was embarrassed to serve what I had gotten to my family. I had ordered a 4 foot hero and it came with salads. The chicken hero was great. the German potatoe salad was just boiled potatoes and vinegar. No bacon , onions, seasoning. It was horrible. The dish went in the garbage. Good thing I had made other salads.The only reason we had ordered from here was the reviews andveverytime I called or went to get this salad they were out of it as so I figured it was the best around. The grills obviously don't get cleaned between use, just a warning to those with allergies/dietary restrictions or picky eaters. We ordered French Toast, and all you can taste was sausage and onions. We also didn't receive ketchup or pepper as requested, so just double check (as you should anywhere, it does happen but this was a food delivery order).
