BTW, I did finally go there and it was open. Next time if you're going to close it for whatever, vacation, or renovation, then put that on your outgoing message or on your website. So, I tried one slice just to see if I liked it and it was Horrible. It cheese tasted sour actually it's cheap cheese they use. I'm Italian and I knew that right away. I'd never go back there again. Also, they charged of a lot more and with the debit card which you're not supposed to do. It's against the NYS Law to have a surcharge on a debit card which is a complete release of cash. For those that doubt me, look it up. Plus the fact that it was a lot more than where I go at Richie's pizza in Deer Park. He doesn't charge any surcharge I use the debit card all the time! $3.50 a slice and two slices $7. Never had a problem I need high quality cheese. I asked for a hot honey pie which is listed as a grandma on their site. I asked if half the pie could be just cheese because I had some family that likes plain but I wasn’t having a ton of people so I had hoped it would workout. It seemed what I was asking for was clear, however, the girl was clearly new on the phone and new in general because she had to keep asking someone what I was asking her. But instead of that person getting on the phone to confirm what I was asking for they just kept talking thru her. Anyway the pizza comes that clearly is not hot honey it was vodka sauce. And instead of the flaky delicious grandma crust I got uncooked doughy cold Sicilian. And I asked for 4 regular slices I thought they could atleast give me half of a new pie but instead I got an old sitting on the counter all day slices. Also the weirdest tasting Cesar dressing ever and idk what Cesar comes without romaine lettuce but this was shredded like you would throw it on a cold cut sandwich. Idk I guess for 64 dollars 72 after tip I just was disappointed. I mean even the mozzerella sticks were like they cooked it...

Let me start with ….my family was having a huge party for my dad last week and wanted to have Nona Bella cater because my nephew and his fiancé raved about it. The owner was very nice and we customized a huge order. The food was very good EXCEPT for the spaghetti and white clam sauce. Everyone said the clams were not fresh. When I returned the sternos for my deposit, the owner asked how everything went. When I told him about the clam sauce he said “I’m sorry you should have called that night”. When I told him that wouldn’t have worked being the hall was about 40 min away from the pizzeria and they would have had to cook it first ….it would have come in time for dessert! I honestly thought at that point he would have given a credit to use at the pizzeria for the amount that we paid (approx $100) for the clams that were bad FROM HIS PIZZERIA! My family and I were extremely disappointed that he didn’t make up for something that was totally the pizzerias fault! He just lost many customers due to his selfish move. Hopefully he will think about doing the RIGHt thing next time that situation should...
