Patsy's and Son Italian Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Dear Owner, I frequent your bakery for 30yrs. Yesterday Dec 6, at approximately 3:30 PM. I wanted two onion rolls. A young girl took the rolls in the back to butter them. But I didn't want them buttered. But she stated that I said yes, but there must have been a misunderstanding, or I didn't hear what she asked me. However, a young girl who claimed to be the manager intervened and started yelling at me saying " you wanted them buttered and she heard me say yes" I been going to bakeries all my life and never had a bakery employee ask me if I wanted my rolls buttered. I am the one or buyer should request that not the employee thank you! When I attempted to tell that employee that I should be the one to ask for it to be buttered. But the so called manager intervened and jumped in my face yelling at me to shut up and should not tell the young server what to do. I should be the one requesting the rolls to be buttered. A lesson that that this Manager should know "that the customers are always right". Therefore, I will not be patronizing your bakery. ...

Our wedding was 10-4-25. On 10-2 our baker that originally did our cake to look like my in laws wedding cake sent us a picture of the final cake. It looked nothing like my in laws cake and I was devastated that this vision did not come to life. Our wedding was in 24 hours, the morning before the wedding family scrambling to figure out how to get a cake the day before recommended Patsys. I walked into the bakery on the verge of a breakdown and talked to Victoria who was my saving grace. I showed her my in laws cake, and without hesitation "yeah we can do that, when do you need it by"? Not only was it done the same day, it looked exactly like the cake I envisioned and they were able to match the flavor too! A few hours later I got a text with a picture of the cake saying it was ready for pick up. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and Victoria provided a sense of calmness that this wedding "crisis" was going to be resolved & IT WAS! Patsys went above and beyond. I cant say thank you enough. Well be back for our all our celebration cakes...

We love Patsy's nd Son ..if you haven't been there you are missing out ..Biscotti's Biscotti's Biscotti's ..delicious ..the sesame cookies great !!! ..there cakes are always fresh nd yummy ..Must go in in the weekend am for fresh bread nd Ohhh doughnuts ..!!! ...If you haven tried a lobster tail pastry better do it soon...Its made from the shell of a svoliadell pastry. (pastry she'll that looks like a seashell )filled with canolli cream or this light mouthwatering pastry cream some people call it lobster cream too or. french cream yes French not Italian ..HA HA HA....they only make them on weekends ..that's ok you can try during the week nd try something different when go back on weekends for seconds !!!!.. nice pastries ..tooo !! There is a great assortment ..Italian ices too ..you can go to a walk up window if you just want Ices ..the girls that work there are lovely nd kind...
