Stage Door East Deli and Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I've attended Farmingdale College since 2012. Stage door was great. However I've order food on several seperate occasion this semester and the food and service is horrible! My college is no more than 5 mins away and it takes an hour after I order for my food to arrive. Its literally across the street. Today I ordered food. The delivery man was about an hour late. He called me and said he had called me 3 times before and that he was downstairs waiting for 15mins. When I got downstairs he told me he was calling from an old phone in my dormitories that is not even connected!!! How did he possibly call me 3 times prior?!! Why does a delivery man not have a cell phone ? He didnt even have a pen handy for me to sign my receipt!!! When I finally opened my food it was soggy and sweaty and tasted old. I had asked for 2 coffees light and sweet. The coffee was bland and they only provided 5 small packs of sugar for 2 medium sized coffees. When I called back to tell the store I received attitude!! Im really disappointed in the sevice and quality of food they are providing now. Will never order from here again. Too bad university bagel does...

GOOD FOOD but Horrible, horrible, customer service. Our company Orders from Stage door because they’re literally 2 blocks away so we figure it’ll be here quick if we order on time. Wrong ! They take an extremely long amount of time to deliver two blocks away. We ordered 3 sandwiches at 12:10pm and received them an hour and twenty minutes later. On top of that we ordered two large iced teas with our meals and when it arrived all we received were two cups filled with ice. They always forget something. It never fails. Last week we ordered a sandwich and said no mayo and we received it full of mayo a time before that we ordered fries and received a pie ! Do not I repeat do not order for delivery from stage door. My office always ordered from there never had a problem. Since the business has been sold the service has been horrible. Gave it one more chance today and completely got the faxed order wrong. It was typed so it was clear what we wanted and it was completely wrong. Asked for a new menu last week because the prices were different and in one week the prices went up again. Asked for a new menu and the prices in the menu were the same as the first one. So you're advertising one price and charging another. We will not be...
