TOTAL SCAM… Really wish I had read all the reviews of this company before I ordered. I now agree that this is a total scam of a company. I ordered a bundle (four pairs of underwear) and needed to exchange size - - BTW the sizing chart is way wrong! I contacted the company so I could send the incorrect sizes (clean and unworn) back for exchange, knowing that I would be expected to pay return shipping. I was given the runaround that they did not have the correct sizes in stock. So I waited, and waited, and waited... over two months later... I received just two (of the orginal fours pairs of underwear). I reached out to them AGAIN! I've contacted customer service no less than a dozen times in 2 months and they won't do anything to correct the issue or refund for the discrepancy. So... no correction of the exchange, no refund... nothing. I will NEVER order from them. I mean it... NEVER!!! It's not worth it!!! They stole my money and claim that they are escalating the concern over and over again!!! I have contacted the BBB and my credit card company.
Update (9/9/24): While the company may think that including a generic reply to this review is in some way satisfactory, this concern has still not been adddressed or resolved. I have corresponded countless times already with this company in an effort to resolve a simple product exchange and do not wish to call them again. All future communication will by done in writing.
Update #2 (9/29/24): Only after posting my reviews and eliciting help from the BBB, I was shipped 2 pairs of underwear as “replacements” but they were completely the wrong sizes. It’s like they just picked two random sizes and threw them in the mail?!?! Contacted the company and, yet again, I am caught in a never ending spiral of trivial communication and empty promises! Shocking!?!?! Issue still not resolved! I will never order again!!!
Update #3 (10/14/24): RubyLove has been contacted by my credit card company to dispute the charges. Still waiting for resolution as RubyLove has not replied to the credit card company either. Consider this... there is a reason that RubyLove does not allow reviews on their website!
Update #4: My credit card company issued a full refund!!! Ruby Love was non responsive throughout the dispute. It’s a fact that their BBB Rating = F due to Failure to respond to 80+ complaints filed...

Poor customer service. I Did not receive my order. It’s been over a month and I spent $$$$!!!
my first order years ago came in perfectly fine and we loved it. My most recent order has not come in and was a larger spend. My account says it was fulfilled on July 12. Today is a whole month from that date and shipping has been rough but not that bad. I’m doing some research and have found others are having the same struggles. I’m very nervous I’ll not be receiving my order or my money back.
When contacting customer service they told me my order wasn’t processed yet. They said it was back ordered.
First of all why was i allowed to purchase a back ordered item a month ago when it said it was in stock?! Secondly why does my account say fulfilled when it’s not. I then did say i expected a replacement overnighted or large discount for the inconvenience as my order is needed this week (bathing suit season is coming to an end and the suit is only needed a few more times). I thought this reasonable considering i had planned to make further purchases when my daughter changed sizes and then maybe for myself at some point. They did not agree to either and instead suggested I wait for my email when it’s processed.
Side note teen sizing is youth sizing and i definitely screwed up my order and since it wasn’t processed I asked them to fix it and they refused saying I’d need to receive my order and then go through the hassle of their return and exchange and wait however long that took.
Long story short I then asked them to cancel my order which they refused to do and said I’d need to go through their returns and exchanges process. I’m not even sure I can return or exchange at this point and they were less than helpful. So now I’m here to warn against ordering with this company even though my first experience was awesome. I’m very upset and feel like they have deceitful business practices and I will no longer be sharing their site or giving rave reviews as I’ve done as recently as this past weekend in the past.
Sorry for the lengthy text just super pissed and concerned that there’s many stories like mine about this company out there!! Attempting to dispute with my credit card company as others have mentioned in their review.

   Read moreI never knew these existed until I saw a random ad for these. After researching different brands, I thought this brand would be the best fit for my daughter. All other brands required additional protection (pads, tampons, or cups) to work to their fullest potential. Ruby Love did not. I could buy reusable pads through Ruby Love. This was important to me due to chemicals in another of pads and tampons. It also helps the environment. I was hesitant about cleaning the reusable pads. However, I could wash them in my machine and hang dry them. It comes completely clean and no residue on my machine or on the underwear itself.
We have enjoyed Ruby Love undergarments so much we bought a swimsuit. Yes it was a little more money than I would normally purchase a suit for my 11 year old daughter. However, we looked at it as an investment. Our daughter loves being in the water when she can. So in turn, the swimsuit has been AMAZING!
I also tell any friends of mine with girls, they should look into Ruby Love. Many were like me and didn't know such a thing existed. Others did, but thought my personal experience was super insightful.
