Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I came in to get my regular brown sugar shaken espresso on a fine Monday night. Ann was the one that served me. I asked for a hot version of the brown sugar shaken espresso, she told me: "Ma'ma, the brown sugar shaken espresso is iced, it is right in the name we can't make it hot". I asked again politely can you please make me that drink just a hot version, she told me "no" more then one time. She then continued to talk down to me, and tells me that she is a supervisor she knows what she's talking, and I should just get the drink the way it is meant to be. I have visited this Starbucks very very often and I have noticed that Ann, who "claims" she is a supervisor at this store, always comes across as unkept, her breath always smells foul, her hair always looks greasy, and her teeth look like she hasn't brush them in days. The only reason why these things stick out to me so much is because someone who is working in the food industry and representing Starbucks should not come across to the public this way. I haven't visited this location in awhile because I have gotten her on more then one occasion and she had a nasty cough and barely had a voice, how could Starbucks let an employee represent them in this condition! I am writing this review now because I was taking a break from this location and with the new year I returned to this location in the hopes that it may have brought about a change for the better. Unfortunately, the only change was that her nasty cough and voice was better. All of the other unkept, hygiene... is STILL present with this supervisor Ann. It really disgusts me that Starbucks would allow any employee, nevertheless a supervisor, to greet, serve... customers in this condition! Actions should be taken by someone of authority at Starbucks, for Ann to shape up or she should be...

I am very unhappy with this starbucks today. They didn't have any iced teas available, only had some sandwiches and pasties available. I was there mid-day. I would think they would be stocked up with stuff to sell. The girls behind the counter were very loud & unprofessional, talking about their personal lives. Then they made fun of a customer because they wanted a refund for something but had lost the receipt. You do that behind closed doors, which is wrong anyway!!! Also the place was quite dirty. Tables had crumbs and drink stains. Floor was dirty with papers. Bathroom could have been tidy up a little. I will Give them another chance because this is the first time I'm unhappy with this Particular starbucks, which I visit a few times a...

I end up at this Starbucks often since it is one of the places I can get a drink/snacks while I am doing schoolwork in between different gigs. The drinks has always been good. However anytime we try to order one of the food items they are out of it. The service is good expect for a few that will make the wrong drink and then get mad if you point it out. The thing that really bothers me is that the music is really, really loud in there. You can ask them to turn it down and they will for a few minutes and then turn it back up and then talk very loudly to each other to be heard over the music. Please, please do something about this. It should not feel like my ears are bleeding with how loud the music is...
