You have to be a member or go with a member in order to shop at this bulk item store. They have everything from books, clothing, small and large appliances, bedding, food and so much more. They have self checkouts that only take cards, to pay with cash you have to go to a cashier. Sometimes their items are not more cost effective to buy, but sometimes you pay for the convenience. Over all it's a nice clean store.

This place charges WAY more than every other BJ's out there. The employees are all very nice, though. I went through self checkout so it wasn't like there was a shady employee or something. Quick example- 24oz pistachios are 14.99 at any other BJ's, here it was 19.49. Just a heads up.

OTR truck drivers they start receiving at 6am. Plenty of parking to park overnight, in the morning they will knock on your door. Unloading is pretty quick. Nice people.

Batavia BJ’s continues to get worse. The common brands they discontinue have forced us to shop elsewhere!

No more Rice crispies, kosher salt, King Arthur Gluten Free flour, plain whole milk Greek Yogurt , All Free and Clear laundry soap and more. All discontinued and previously on our shipping list at this location.

Tried to get our grill propane tank filled the other day and no one there to do it. We PAY a membership to go shop here ??!! Coupons entice us on the app only find not available at our location. Poor customer service. Called for two hours trying to reach member service and tire service. Had a flat in their parking lot!!! They don't offer a service to plug your tire. However no compassion for someone in need of help. But they will sell you a tire if u could get anyone to answer their phone. All I wanted was some help to get me home. Thanks for nothing.
