This morning, my sister and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When placing her coffee order, my sister repeated it to ensure accuracy since it had multiple customizations. However, the employee taking the order cut her off, saying, "I got it, I got it," and rushed her through.
When we received the coffee at the drive-thru, it was missing the cold foam she had specifically ordered. She politely asked for it to be added, but instead of correcting the mistake, the manager came over and refused, saying we had to pay the difference or leave. My sister explained that she had no issue paying but pointed out that she had confirmed the order and was rushed through. The mistake was on their end, yet the manager was dismissive and rude, repeating, "Pay the $3 or leave."
As a business owner myself, I find it extremely disappointing to see a manager handle a situation with such disrespect, failing to take accountability for their employee’s mistake. To make matters worse, when I began recording due to the way we were being treated, we were met with even more hostility, including cursing.
Customers should not be treated this way, especially when simply asking for what they ordered. I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes a serious look at the management at this location and ensures better training in customer service and...
Read moreEveryone is very nice every time I go in. My drink and food are made the same every time I go in, and if you have ever gone to get food and / or coffee allot, you know that is rare.
There was however 1 time they made my drinknwl wish Splenda, BUT that was more due to other Dunken's not doing things correctly. I had someone get me a nitro brew, and I had them say " With grain sugar and hazelnut flavor."
I say it like this because I was told at another location that they use the shugar syrup normally, and I HATE it when they use that. But when I called in to tell them they used raw shugar and not the normal white shugar, they were nice and explained everything and Saif they would let everyone know the normal shugar to use IS the white normal shugar. (Now if they did or not I don't know, but I went in and got a free drink for the mess up, and they where very nice about it)
On top of that while it is very new it is still quite clean and put together. The ONLY thing I can say (and this is personal preference) is that the drink station where the sugar and straws are is right infront of the door. So when people come in you have to move and if somone is waiting for there order you stand right where it is as well. So it is a bit cramped. But the only time that was a BIG issue was when I was there on ribbon...
Read moreI order a fritter, strawberry donut, breakfast sandwich and a coolatta. She opens the window in drive thru and sticks her hand out and speaks so quickly for the payment without greeting me. I give her the card and just said whatever. Then she hands me a bag with a broken a broken fritter and a strawberry donut that has melted onto the bag and when I said something to her she just stared at me. And since when don’t they grab the donuts with the pastry paper? So again, I say whatever. Then after I received my order and the online order I was picking up I notice that the sandwich wasn’t there. She stated they didn’t charge me which they didn’t cuz I had to asked for the receipt. But then I noticed they charged extra for whipped cream that I didn’t ask for but I honestly didn’t know it wasn’t included with the blended drinks. Then again, she’s got this who cares attitude. I’m just not used to all this poor customer service. Also, my sister worked for Dunkin all her young life and a good part of her adult life and I grew up going to Dunkin in Chicago and I ain’t never experienced these types of attitudes at these establishments, EVER! Please do better. I’d love to come give some training on customer...
