The Squatch Den Records — Local services in Town of Big Flats

Ordered a vinyl online from them on February 24th. Shipping policy says it will ship out between 1-5 business days. 8 business days go by, and no confirmation of shipping, so I sent an email (today, March 5th) to their support email. Was given no reply and then received an email that my order was cancelled due to no stock. Seems totally unprofessional in my opinion to not even give at least a heads up that the vinyl was also for sale in the store, or an apology that the record may have sold elsewhere. To me it seems that I bought it, and then they were too lazy to either remove the listing, or too lazy to ship it out, resulting in the record selling in the store. (Online buyers beware!)...

This is the best place for all things vinyl, and other music forms of media (new or used). There's every type of genre from pop, country, rap, punk, but my favorite is their modern metal section.
