I wish that I didn’t have to give any stars whatsoever. My experience today was very disheartening. I had gone in to order lunch, and had seen discriminatory acts against young children waiting in line to order. The said manager of this branch had pulled a group of boys aside (in front of everyone, was raising her voice as well) and said that they were unable to eat there due to the fact that they were not 16 or above. The manager, when explaining to me why they could not eat at this establishment due to their age, had enlighten me to the recent complaints of young children being disruptive. This group of boys was not being disruptive nor interfering with any other customers experience. When I asked if their corporate office was aware of this said agreement of turning young children away, she had replied “yes and the district manger.”
As the boys had left, a group of young girls had came in to use the kiosk as the managers explain to me what is going on. She was not going to tell those little girls that they were unable to eat their due to them also being under the age of 16. I addressed that and had told her she should do the same to those little girls, if it was an age issue.

Read moreThis location in Brighton is always so frustrating. My mobile app order was nowhere to be found so I asked girl at register where do I pick up the to go. She says go back and ask them. People behind that counter 0there do not want you asking. After 20 minutes I go up to cash register again to say I'm concerned you didn't receive my orders. She is picking her nails looks at me and says ask back there. I finally get up nerve to ask "back there" but have been reprimanded before for doing that. But It's been done and sitting there for 20 minutes behind the counter. Manager apologized - he did - but my food was cold. My time is wasted becuz some cashier lady won't go check. And the paper bags they use had hot steamy food and broke. I asked for large paper handle bag and the manager willingly got that while the girl standing around picking her nails - did nothing. I was sure to thank her for being so helpful in me finding my food. I won't be going to this location again. They can't handle their business. And the food comes out whenever - and the staff is against you not with you. Also I frequent a lot of restaurants and notice nobody cleans the glass doors and windows. The doors full of fingerprints and germs imo. Thank you. I hope they can get this Panera on Monroe Ave...
Read moreI wish I had left a positive review sooner, but this was so uniquely horrible that I sadly have to leave a critical review. Historically, this Panera has been fantastic. This past visit was plainly disappointing.
My girlfriend and I ordered as we usually do, smoothly, but when we took a seat in the booth by the food window, a SWARM of fruit flies? Gnats? Whichever demons clouded around our heads. We noticed another moving cloud by the trash, so we moved down booth by booth, all seats taken by the dozens of tiny flies. The wall by the end even had a decent amount. It was horrible.
The back, however, was much better. We took a seat back there, our appetites diminishing, and noticed trash on the ground, little bits, everywhere. I only got one picture as to not get other patrons in the images. It was very uncomfortable dining in this giant dumpster today. So as we waited, we looked at the reviews on here and found out this has been happening for over a month. Who fired the star employee? Or did everyone quit? We discussed this over mediocre sandwiches with skimped ingredients and wet bread. It was just like an unsettling dissociative nightmare. Please...
