Hampton Coffee Company — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have been here approximately 5 times and every visit is enjoyable. The young adults that work there are refreshing. Each one of them looks up and greets you. Their appearance is neat, (although I personally think all food establishments should be required to wear hair nets) the store is organized and the place smells clean. (I hope it stays that way). The mop bucket was actually clear water, not the stagnant black that you often see in many restaurants! It is more expensive than a typical 3$ cup of coffee, but you aren't getting a typical cup of coffee and you know that going in. It's nice to have a coffee shop in the Center Moriches library. You can get work done, take a break, relax, and not have to leave the builging to get a good cup of latte or a cold beverage. Blueberry scones are fabulous. Staff is great. Friendly and remembers your order from previously being in the coffee shop. You can literally have one of the following at this cafe: breakfast, snack, lunch and lots of delicious beverages. They rank right up there w/ Starbucks if you a Starbucks fan. I go here every morning on the way to work in Center Moriches. I use to be a Starbucks person but once this opened I tried it and have not been to Starbucks ever since !! The coffee is the best I’ve ever had! I buy the beans to brew on weekends at home. The iced teas are also so refreshing and aren’t overly sweet. The iced green açaí tea is the best! The breakfast sandwiches are incredible! The staff are the best!! Always friendly. Greet you by name. The place is spotless!! I look forward to going there...
