I went into this store to buy an ink cartridge. I have never bought this ink before. The employee was sitting on the floor behind the tech desk putting staples in staplers. She asked the other associate if she needed a stapler. I walked to the wall where the cartridges are and scanned the different manufacturers until I found the one I needed. I looked for the specific number and was not able to locate it. I walked back to the associate sitting in the floor and asked if they carry this type of ink. She said yes it’s down there on the wall. As she proceeded to put staples in her stapler. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes down there and pointed down the aisle. I walked back and found what I needed but it had an XL after it. Since I am not a tech person, I was not sure what XL meant . So I walked back to this associate and asked to speak to the manager. She said That’s Me. ARE YOU KIDDING? I had to say to her You are the manager? She explained, with an attitude, what the XL meant. I asked her what her name was so I could report her. She fails in Customer Service. She gave me her name and proceeded to yell down the aisle at me as I was walking to the register. That’s management?? WOW. she said she was helping me. Read moreI had a return at Amazon this morning and was treated very poorly by the man serving me. He took the customer that came after me first and as they were an elderly couple I didn't say anything but the elderly couple stated to him that I was in line first and he told them "They were First" He proceeded to service them quite slowly and taking his time. This man has been rude before and I want to let management know that he Should know how to treat and behave professionally with every customer. I wouldn't want anymore customers to be treated the way I was treated. This happened first thing this morning 12/11/ 24. I hope management addresses this and he learns from his mistake this morning. Read morewent in to pu cartridge for my old printer, they were out of stock. A nice young man, Joe helped me. I knew it was time to look a new laser printer as now I am working from home. He asked me just the right questions and found one for me. It wasn't in stock at this store. He look at closer stores and said let me call because sometime online might be wrong. He found it in Patchogue store. I was on the fence about going all the way there.. He google it and told me it was only 20 mins and right off 27. Needless to say he was right. less than 1 hour I was home setting it up. He really took his time and I am soo glad he did....
