I never write reviews, but it would be a disservice if I didn't for this experience. After my meal (Which they made a mistake making) I decided to get a blizzard. The last two times I ordered a blizzard it took an unreasonable amount of time but I was willing to make a sacrifice this time. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I waited 45 MINUTES while I watched many people in the drive through get ice cream and blizzards. Halfway through my wait I was told it was because they were looking for hot fudge, even though other people were getting hot fudge sundaes before and after my order. I watched as employees are texting on their phones, going to the back to take breaks and one of the owners just staring at the people waiting at the counter not saying a word. To back track, when I first arrived, the other owner was scolding all the employees in front of customers about how nobody was doing their job right and once she left, they all went back to doing little effort. Towards the end of my wait, the cashier that rang me up notices a blizzard that was placed in their "Cooling area" that I noticed get place their 15 minutes prior and asked me for the third time what I ordered. When she picked it up, it was completely melted and asked if I still wanted it and said IT WAS JUST MADE. When I pointed out that it was their for awhile she said it was only there for 5 MINUTES and she'll make another. I am very upset with this and made many observations during my wait, including how they let people order things on doordash that they ran out of instead of informing them and making the dashers reach out to the customers about the issue. Needless to say, this place is completely mismanaged and truly needs to be investigated as I'm sure they are ruining the DQ name. Read moreThis was a disaster. I've never contacted a company over an experience before. It is my birthday, and my husband & I wanted DQ as a treat. Our order was incorrect, and we didn't know until we got home. We can't go back to the store because we don't have anyone to watch our son now. My husband's large "Reese's" blizzard turned out to be a Heath bar blizzard, which neither of us like the flavor of. And my large "PB peanut butter puppy chow & cookie dough" blizzard turned out to be just a plain vanilla & cookie dough blizzard. DQ is not cheap, and now neither one is right, and the Heath one is inedible because you really need to like Heath to like that one. Not only was our order incorrect, but the drive thru was not moving at all and really backing up, so we went inside, where it was even more of a disaster. Employees were yelling at each other. Customers were yelling. People who were in there before me were asking for their orders over and over. Some were still there after leaving with ours. If I had not paid ahead of time on the app, I would have left. All of that just to get home and they are not what we ordered and not edible. Shame since this was a birthday treat for us. We are not returning to that disaster.

Read moreLet me start by saying I have completed Dqs experience review they gave via email and gave a scathing review with no additional feedback requested on their end. Therefore, i am posting my experience here. I wouldn't even give a star if I could. Line was out the door. No one got their orders. Took over 40 minutes to get 2 melted blizzards not properly filled up. The stsff is supposed to flip the icecream over before serving. They couldnt even do that because the icecream was liquid. Contents of said blizzard were inconsistent. Staff not properly trained. They were screaming and cursing the entire time. At one point one was dancing and an indivual who I can only assume was an off duty employee was mocking and laughing at the kitchen. On duty employees were texting on their phones and taking selfies despite the hoards of customers. Staff had no idea what orders were fulfilled and what wasn't. Manger rolled their eyes every time someone complained. People were asking for refunds and staff refused. People who had already ordered were telling new customers not to even bothering ordering and to leave. Tables and floor are a sticky disgusting unkept mess despite this store being brand new. This place needs to to closed immediately and Staff needs to be properly be retrained. Owner should be ashamed.
