Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I go to this Dunkin every Sunday before Church, Never had an issue. So I don't know why today when I went there I wasn't served. There was 6 people, me being the only black person in the store and everyone was served but me, I waited a few minutes and the store was empty all 3 of the ladies looked me in my face and continued to do whatever they was doing in the back. I didn't even get a good morning! So I said HELLOOOOOO can I get some service here?" They gonna tell me I have to wait for the girl that was in the bathroom to take my order. EXCUSE ME!!! I used to work for Dunkin, Metro Franchising Scott Campbell is the owner, He would NVER ALLOW THAT!! I left, I simply couldn't spend my money there anymore. There is one young caucasian male(dont recall his name) who does his best to help all the customers timely. Aside from him every other worker takes incredibly long to serve the customers. I have had just about all of them and this is the case every time. Morning the coffee and items have always been fresh but they fail to keep this up throughout day. I have began to go to the deli which is immediately next door , made my own coffee and had better experience. Also there is another local Dunkin Donut about 7 minutes north of this that although less convenient travel wise , has much superior service, cleanliness and quality. Gave me a stale piece of avocado toast this morning. It was so hard! I had to throw it out! I keep coming back after they make mistakes and I try to give them another chance here and there but today was just the last time. The people here are nice but the quality of work is just so slow. There is a whole team back there and I just don’t understand how they can always just mess things up. My toast is completely stale today. Other times my coffee would come out late or they would forget an item and I would have to remind them. People have lives, people have work to catch.
