Eddies Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I used to love ordering from this establishment. For over 8 years, I never ever had an issue, until today. I ordered food and I waited for over 3 hours with nothing. I decided to call and figure out what the hold up was. When I called, they said the food was delivered to the homeowner. After telling them I did not receive the food and if they could please send the food again to the right address Aiden (the delivery driver) said he would it. No sooner than 30 seconds later, the owner called back and said they aren't sending food because we "received" our product. He started screaming and said DO NOT CALL HERE, CALL THE COPS!!! THE OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOST ALL OF MY FUTURE BUSINESS. Do not order from this establishment, you will be disrespected and disappointed. I really wish I didn't have to choose any stars because this place does...

A standard large pizza is 18 inches at ANY pizzeria including your house pizza. I ordered a pie and 2 slices. The 2 slices were from a 18 inch pie.

Eddies Pizza is selling a 16 inch pie (medium) for the PRICE of a 18 inch (large). I called to make sure they didn't make a mistake. They informed me all large pies are 16 inches. If the price was less, I would understand, but its not. You also have to tell them ahead of time if your using a coupon, so they can up charge you. I used to be a big fan of this place. Originally I had a 5 star review and had to delete it. Terrible customer service.

I came here around around 11 and asked the 2 guys walking in that work there if they were open yet they said no. I go back about 45 min later only to be told I have to leave because thay say I said something before so I can't go there anymore. Yea I asked if you were open. So you're going to throw away your customers over something so petty just cuz I wanted to know if you were open. Very shady and very horrible way to run a business. That's ok tho because there's plenty of places with much better customer treatment and more professional. I can't understand how they would have more than maybe 3...
