We have arrived to the times that customer service doesn’t matter nor does consistency. Food is good, bad and ehhh depending on the day. Phone orders, online orders and in person orders to go, are never accurate and don’t bother calling to have them fix it the attitudes alone aren’t worth it. If getting greeted with an attitude is for you than Joe’s pizza and pasta is your place, mostly the staff behind the counter helping you. I never had a problem from a waitress. It’s pretty clear the blonde has to be owner related somehow wife, daugter. She is the typical Mean Girl, I seriously don’t know what her problem is other than she is a horrible human being and so are the workers around her they act as if they are doing you a favor for showing up to work. This review is not from one visit I have been going to Joe’s for over 10 years and my family for longer than that. This is a review from years of this behavior it’s just getting worse just use to be the Blonde and now it’s some of the staff as well. Why do I still go? Good question, convenient location I guess. But I’m sure last night was my last visit. The Blonde took it to whole new level of unkindness from the moment we walked in the door greeted with her attitude and got the order wrong, they saw me check my order gave an attitude of course how dare I check and sure enough I was missing an entire order No sorry we’re given just a wait a minute 15 mins later other food is going cold, out came the rest of my order still no apologies just smirks eye rolls and under breathe talking to each other. Pizza decent Sauce good Shrimp NO!! it’s either really cheap or previously frozen to bad because the sauce on it was good but the shrimp Inedible. Garlic knots ehh forgot the side of sauce that I asked for Pepperoni and meatball slice made on the spot sloppy and barely any meat Salad good Penne ala vodka dry Authentic Italian cheese cake a big NO not sure what they think is authentic about it tasted sour. If I thought for a second the restaurant would care I would call but...

THE OWNER , would rather pocket 60$ than make it right with the customer when all I wanted was the food replaced , disgusting , very bad business ... lesson learned , don’t...
Read more7/27/25 Wild update to this review. I went there at closing time and ordered what was still on the shelf. The counter guy was overly nice and accomodating. He even offered up a meatball slice at no cost since it was at closing. I thought that was nice. I waited for my slices to heat up for a few minutes. When I grabbed the box from him he said something that didnt register at first about Google. As I ate my slices I realized he was referring to my negative Google Review! lol That was cool that he recognized me and said something but I wish we could have discussed it at more length while I waited. I will do that next time if I go and the shop isnt too busy to explain better what I meant below. I added a star to the review for the encounter. Very cool that this spot takes the reviews seriously and are paying attention to their customers.
Old Review = $4 dollars for a regular slice is insane. Highest ive ever paid for a regular slice and i go everywhere from LI to NYC to Upstate.
Also there is 1 counter guy who cant handle the simple instructions of I dont want the slice "too hot" It is a simple request for my expensive slice and he cant get that right. I was trying to avoid the pool of grease and that is exactly what I got.
This is not a bad place in general I will admit that. And I have been going here since the early 1990s for pizza. But if you charge top dollar I need you to at least listen to the customer's preference and not get so easily distracted.
The slices of PB pie looks like they are cutting a slice...in half.
The counter girl was not friendly this time either. Overall just a bad experience today and now Im gonna chill on this...
