KC's Pizza and Wings - Holtsville — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

OK, so I read the reviews online and on Facebook about how good this place was and I couldn’t believe that there was a place in my backyard that had such delicious wings, pizza and other Italian food and I didn’t know about it, but I have to tell you this place NOT ONLY MET but FAR EXCEEDED My expectations and the positive reviews I’ve read so far online! It started with the gentleman named William who greeted me with a hearty “HELLO and welcome to CJ’s Holtsville!” and then he took the time out to discuss with me all the different flavors of wings they had to offer since I told him I was there to try them out and help me choose their breaded wings with their Tsunami Sauce let me tell you, the wings arrived piping hot crunchy and crispy not mushy like other places! I have to tell you that these wings were delectable! William and his staff asked me how much I liked them and were very eager to hear my opinion to which I told him “they rocked!”They were genuinely concerned about my opinion and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my order and you don’t find that much nowadays! While I waited I chatted with another customer who was enjoying his hot wings and he told me they were the best around and I told him that it was my first time there and he said that your in for a real treat (He wasn’t lying)! The counter was stocked with all different types of pizza, calzones, pepperoni wheels, the tallest stacked Meat lovers slice I’d ever seen and you name it, I kind of regret, not bringing a bigger appetite, but I will be back to try out more of their food and I will bring some friends and family with me too! So again, if you’re like me and didn’t know about this little gem tucked away on the LIE Service Road and Corner of Waverly Ave in Holtsville, get yourself down there ASAP and William and his staff will treat you like friends/family and no matter what you try from them, you won’t be disappointed. To the owner response below: So the menu says for 6 piece boneless WITH fries. But when I order it, I have to say I want the fries?...so the menu says "with" fries and I have to verbally say I want the fries? So when I order, do I need to say I want the wings too when I order? Lol what kind of explanation is this from the owner

Also, if it's not an included combo, why was I charged $9.49 combo price when I didn't receive the fries? Or you're saying I'm allowed an option to add on fries? If that's the case, the menu shouldn't be saying "with" fries. It should say that it's an additional cost and show the cost.

I can't believe I have to explain common sense menu wording right now...

ORIGINAL: Really bad customer service. They charged me almost $24 for 2 orders of 6 piece boneless wings WITH fries and a cherry coke.

I got home and noticed the fries were missing. So I called them and they told me that the fries are not included and it's an add-on I have to pay for. That's not what their menu says. I've attached pictures to my review so there's proof that the menu says WITH French fries.

Hit up the new KC's today. I got 2 plain slices and an order of 12 Atomic (extra hot ) wings. The pizza was great. The sauce is more of a traditional style, rustic and full of flavor. Not that sweet stuff you get all over these days. The Mozzarella cheese was of good quality, and the dough was crispy and no flop. The wings were on point. If you are a spice Carnosaur then the Atomic is no problem to take down. They were crispy and well sauced. They even give you a side of carrots and celery. I highly recommend them if you have not yet tried them out. You will not be disappointed. They also have Coupon Deals up at the front counter which is great if you're trying to save a few bucks to feed the Fam. The place was super clean and the staff was super friendly. The owner made it a point to speak with every customer who walked through the door, just goes to show that he cares about his customer! I'd give this place a 10 if I could but Google reviews only goes as high as 5..

Keep doing what your doing I will MOST definitely be back to tackle that Tsunami...
