Lotus Garden — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

We will not be returning. Ordered 2 combo platters for delivery. One with light sauce and one with extra sauce. We live .5 miles away, just a 3 minute drive. Not only did our food come over an hour later, but my light sauce ended up being absolutely no sauce and the combo platter with extra sauce ended up being an extremely average combo platter. The egg rolls were extra oily, did not have a lot in the filling, and honesty the whole meal (whatever I ate) truly left me nauseous. I use to really enjoy their food but lately the chicken was dry and stringy and the fried rice was basically white rice with soy sauce and tasteless. But mainly, this may sound petty but the last time along with the above poor quality, I asked for a cup of hot mustard instead of the packets and they had the nerve to charge for the mustard. With so many Chinese restaurants around I’ll just go somewhere else that doesn’t charge for hot mustard. I want them to know that they lost a loyal customer for that reason. The worst. Hair in my food a few times. Gross I complained & the Wife who is a nasty horrible troll just laughs at complaints. Then they Charged my card twice. Took a week to get it reversed, butAgain she just laughed. One of the cooks who has long hair was not pulled back or in anything again she doesn’t care, say something she gets nasty w you. Still did nothing! Worst possible service. I’m Calling Dept of health! Someone needs to have them fix these problems!!
