Poor counter service! I ordered one meal and was told 15 minuets, at the time I ordered I was the first customer to have arrived. As I waited patiently, there was a lunch rush of about 15 men. Everyone placed their orders and sat waiting for their meals. As the orders came out everyone was getting their meals before me and requesting utensils and etc..

I realized that the counter guy was a bit overwhelmed, so I kindly I reminded the guy by asking him, was these orders called in prior to me ordering and how soon will my meal be ready after 25 minuets. I was told none of those orders were called in prior to me ordering but my other will be coming soon , I said ok and waited a little longer. Then the counter service guy continue taking more orders and those customers were men as well and getting their meals before me. I finally said, why am I still waiting for my order when I was the first person here and the other orders were placed after me. Then instead of the guy apologizing for making me wait 50 minuets for one order that I was told only 15 minuets and maybe offering a complementary drink or something. Instead he got rude and said my order takes 15 minuets and I NEED TO WAIT, I told him I waited for 50 minuets while other people were getting their meals before me. So after he rudely handed me my order as he rolled his eyes talking to him self saying “this woman have no patience”... Honestly I didn’t say another word to him because I knew this guy had personal issues with women. I’m not sure if the business as a whole behaves like this or just this counter service guy, but he really needs to work on customer service and put his sexist to serve female aside. I will not be returning to this place of business and I hope this review wakes this business up up to their service. I hope no other female receiveo this...

First time going and I placed an order to pick up. When I arrived I was looking at the to go menu and noticed they had a wide variety of sushi. However when I asked the man at the counter to add on a sweet potato roll he cut me off and told me they didn’t have it. I politely asked if they carried any kind of Japanese food listed on the menu as I was curious. I didn’t see it online and now he was telling me they don’t have it so maybe it was an old menu. He then said that if I wanted the sweet potato roll it would be ten minutes. Normally the ten minute wait would have been fine but because he was being shady I politely declined. The menu also stated that if you order over a certain amount you get a free egg roll. I had ordered over the qualified amount and when I asked for the egg roll the man started muttering curses under his breath. When he handed me the egg roll I said thank you have a good night and he STILL continued to mutter curses under his breath. This place does not like to make good on what they advertise. The staff is rude and the food was not great. I found a bug...

I went to visit a very good friend who works at the health facility that is near by. He mentioned that he goes to this place all the time and the food was good. Since we only had a very short time to eat I thought it would be a very good idea to order from this place. When we walked in the gentleman who was working there seemed extremely rude to my friend. He didn’t even break a smile- I proceeded to order after him and we left. The food was OK but the service I felt was extremely poor. I asked my friend if he ordered from the same guy every time he went and he said yes - I thought that since he is wearing a health care uniform With a badge and has been going there for a long time - the guy should know him by name or at least by recognition— and perhaps greet him with a smile? I thought he was extremely rude to my friend and once we left I expressed my opinion- guess what??? My friend hasn’t been back since - and this happened 4 and half...
