Wow!! You’ve got to be kidding me! We used to love ordering food from here but won’t do it EVER Again!!

As they don’t deliver themselves we ordered thru Uber Eats as we had family visiting! When it arrived we realized that one of our meals was missing. We immediately contacted the restaurant to get it rectified. Never in a million years would we have expected the treatment we received from a manager representing the restaurant! Manager Matt, was absolutely disappointing and useless! Hard to believe he’s a manager at what we thought was a decently reputable restaurant. Said it wasn’t “his fault” that we didn’t receive it... said “yes it was on the order but couldn’t do anything to help us!” They were too busy so said he was sorry but we were SOL... and blamed it on Uber... and wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation!! No food, wouldn’t give us a credit, wouldn’t replace the meal we paid for if we drove there to get it, wouldn’t contact Uber to get it delivered correctly, doesn’t know who he works for to put someone that could help us on the line— Nope!! No making good on it! No food for you! But we’ll take your money when it gets here!! He didn’t care that he was truly the party responsible for making sure our order was sent out correctly, doesn’t stand behind his orders...Absolutely insane that one of our family members had no food to eat for a bill over $100!! Totally a zero when it comes to customer service! Absolutely clueless! I’ve worked in the restaurant business for years and just can’t believe that this is how restaurants treat their customers nowadays! Disgraceful! Just absolutely shameful!

Do yourself a favor don’t order food from here, they don’t care about their customer clientele! They don’t care that they are screwing their clients— it’s just beyond disappointing! Visited this place for 1st time today. Will also be my last time. The men behind the counter are extremely arrogant and rude. Customer Service was terrible. You would think, well OK, maybe their pizza quality will save them. NOPE. Pizza was tasteless and burnt. A little background is necessary also...I walked up to the counter..they were not very busy at all...a tall man with black hair was counting his drawer money while another gent took my order. The counting, black haired man said "$3.75". I gave him a $5 bill. Without any other words spoken he hands me back a quarter. I said, "I thought you said it was $3.75". He says..." it is". I said well you owe me a dollar. He said, "you gave me 4 dollars". Now, sir, get a grip. I know what i gave you...and it was a $5 bill and a $5 bill does not look anything like 4 singles. If you can't complete the transaction with the customer at the same time as counting your drawer (which is what it looked like you were focused on) then don't handle the customer transaction and certainly don't give the customer an attitude about the dollar you tried to short her. Then, the 3 men standing behind the counter ignored me and left my 1 slice of pizza in there indefinitely( i assume that was their payback for the dollar incident)...until a young girl asked me why i was still standing there and she got my pizza slice out of the oven...nicely burnt and very crisp and tasteless. You guys are rude and ignorant and sorry but its true. I hope...

This is both a Pizzaria as well as a full service sit-down Italian Resturant. You can not go wrong with whatever your budget or time allows for! We usually stop in for the pizzaria and every so often we will have a full Italian dine-in dinner when time allows. We did have a nice sit down dinner there last week...just myself and my wife. My wife ordered the Chicken Francaise..I ordered one of the specials for the day....Grilled Chicken and Egg Plant and richottia cheese over fresh made Riggatoni! Our meals were terrific as always!!!

In addition...this is our "go to" local Pizzeria. We usually have something from here at least once a week. The specialty pies are great! They usually have 8-10 different specialty pies available to get by the slice. My oldest sons favorite is the Buffalo Chicken slice, mine is the White Spiniach or the Chicken Parm slice, my wife loves the Grand Ma slice or a corner Sicilain, my youngest gets the Pepperoni or when then feeling strikes...the Taco Slice!

We have had hero's here and they are equally delicious! I do have to say that this is one of the favorite place to pick up pies when we get together with friends as well. Everyone in our circle of friends agrees that this is the place to get pizza when we...
