I just had a Horrible experience the other night.I was on the Check out line My Items came out to 168.00.I gave the Cashier 200 dollars and made sure the cashier known I gave him 200 I wanted to be sure it was exactly that.As I was going thru my wallet we struck up a quick conversation about how sometimes I go over what I spend .He goes on to ask me for 68 dollars being that we were conversation after I gave him that 200 dollars I got side tracked and gave him 70 dollars extra.As I got to the car god told me to look through my wallet again sure enough I looked and also looked at my receipt.He had it that I gave him 170.00 Which the purchase was 168 dollars.Knowing I gave him 270 I ran back in the store and confronted the cashier I told him I gave him too much specifically the 2 one hundred dollar bills that I made sure to ask to him that’s what it was once I was checking out.He stood there and lied in my face and said I gave him two 50 dollar bills instead of the two 100 dollar bills Which was a flat out lie.I proceeded to go to the supervisor and told her what happened she went and closed that cashier line so she can check.At that time I was so furious i didn’t want to make a scene because I wanted to literally fight so instead of making a scene with that cashier worker I left to my car and called the Supervisor.He told me don’t worry they have Cameras and that he was Soo sorry I went thru that and that they do not tolerate that and that He would look at the Cameras and Give me a Calk.This was the Tuesday night I haven’t heard One thing back No phone call Nothing.I advise Everyone Check your Receipts once you leave their.They are Barely have anyone working those lines out of 4 or 5 cashier lines only one or two be open .SMH Worst Stop and Shop Store.They practically Robbed me of...
Read moreMy review is for the Pharmacy. It is quite possibly the rudest, most common interested staff I’ve ever encountered. When you call, they answer the phone “yeah“ or “hello“, nothing about reaching the Pharmacy. When you call, to ask them to see if your scripts are ready, they sigh at you, as if you asked them to go and get you a side of beef at the butcher department and they work in the pharmacy. They never contact you in your scripts are ready, despite how many times you ask them. If they have an order medication for you, they never contact you and tell you that they don’t stop nor do they call you and tell you what it’s in. You have to call million times, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone. There is one male pharmacist there who is outstanding, there’s a young man that works at the desk who is also outstanding, other than that everyone else acts like there’s any place else in the world they’d rather be, which is exactly where I think they should be. The fact that one of the medications I take is very rarely in stock at any other pharmacy. I’m currently waiting to go pick up a script that was sent into them on 20th of April, I never received a call to let me know if medication came in or if it was ready, despite me asking them to do so when I went to pick it up and was only then told they didn’t have it in stock. . I am dreading walking in there because I know I’m going to get an attitude Because THEY are three weeks late with my prescription. The last time I tried to complain to the pharmacist, I was told by a female pharmacist that they could just not give me my scripts and I could go somewhere else. Read moreI am completely appalled by this store. We have lived in the area since 2014 and this was our go- to store due to the convenience of location. However the number of issues we’ve had with our orders is astonishing. The managers do not care or empathize for the customers whatsoever. We are reasonable in mistakes being made and understand everyone is human but the incompetency at this location is unreal. The online pick up employees do not care for the service they are providing. We have experienced spoiled food, spoiled vegetables, destroyed bread from bagging, broken glass, leaking milk, and dozens of missing items. However today was the last order we ever place with this location. We received the email of our final invoice which stated we had 9 out of stock items. I asked my husband to go and speak with the deli and see if these items (3) were really out of stock because we’ve never had an out of stock deli order and surprise!?? They were not out of stock and neither were the rest of the items. My husband found every single item. It seems as if the employees mark the items out of stock when they run out of time to fill the order. I am just in awe of the audacity of the manager when my husband was trying to express his concerns when we spend thousands a month to this chain. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
