A woman who claimed she was a manager & claimed her name was “Kim” is extremely rude & should be fired. I ordered breakfast before breakfast ended via the McDonalds app. Kim was blatantly lying and speaking like a robot reading a script to avoid taking responsibility for their mess up. She claimed they received the order after they stopped serving breakfast… So my order came to about $25 For a sandwich, hash, brown and drink, and when I received my order, all that was in there was the coffee… They did not refund the other items and I was using the app so I really was not able to get a refund for these items easily. I called McDonald’s wondering if maybe the driver accidentally left half my order there And a woman named Kim answered, and she was extremely rude right from the start did not apologize and was not in the slightest bit helpful. Instead of getting angry, that half of my order was just left out instead of just canceling my order and I was charged $25 for a coffee I respectfully asked her if I could maybe come the following morning to get the sandwich and hash brown. Anytime that there is an issue like this in a restaurant it’s common practice to do something simple like this to resolve the situation. She refused and just kept telling me to contact Uber. Meanwhile, I did not order from Uber. I ordered from the McDonald’s app. I ended up hanging up with her because she was so ridiculously unhelpful and just kept repeating the same thing like she was a robot. I ended up calling the McDonald’s app support and they were Unable to give me a full refund because I received part of the order… So I ended up paying $15 for a coffee Between the fees, the cost of the coffee and the tip. When I asked them what I could do because I was paying so much for a coffee they suggested that I called the restaurant and asked the manager to give me a sandwich and hash brown So I called back again, and I spoke to Kim again And told her what they said and asked her if she could please give me a hash brown and a sandwich because I could not get a full refund and she again refused and was acting like a complete jerk. Just so rude & pathetic and does not belong working with the public. I’m guessing if she is a manager, she’s a shift manager because I was axing who I could speak to above her and she was telling me that there was no one else there that I could talk to that was above her and then she wasn’t giving me any other names for managers who work there or what days they would be in. I had to ask her about 10 different times in 10 different different ways to get an answer out of her and I didn’t even get a full answer. She knew that she was being rude and that she would probably get in trouble for it so she wouldn’t tell me her managers names or when they would be in. Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Super rude, very unhelpful, forgot half of our order. First off, mind the roads at the moment are super icy. So we're at the drive thru, we ask if they put napkins in the bag, they lie and say yes to shoo us off, we look in the bag and there's no napkins. We drive away, about 1-2 miles, we see they forgot parts of our order, we drive all the way back in terrible weather conditions, 2AM, to recive the other half of the order they completely forgot to hand us. We take the bag, drive away... only to realize they forgot something AGAIN that was almost $5 worth our order. We're already almost home so we don't drive back. Instead, we call them, the man says he can give us our frape next time we go, my boyfriend proceeds to say he's unhappy still and he would like a compensation as well. The man on the phone than proceeds to tell us we can have 2 free frapes, and we say okay, he puts us on hold, comes back to the phone, to tell us he won't do it. Like why say anything at all then? How rude. I then tell him that they messed up not once, not twice, but three times, and made us turn around in terrible weather conditions, and he didn't say a single word back to me, and they're so selfish they can't even offer ONE free drink? Read more‼️I WISH THE BOY HAD A NAMETAG‼️Today was one of the worse visits I’ve had in awhile. I totally understand weather isn’t great (not everybody is good if the weather isn’t good lol) but you signed the application so I believe that if your not in the mood call the F out. I had a kinda big order the drive thru guy asked if I could pull up and someone could bring it out to me. 10 minutes later one of the employees brought it out, I asked if there was sauce he said “can you check cause I’m not trying to bring it back” & shoved the bag in my hands & rolled his eyes I was also still missing about almost half of my order as I look through the one bag. I noticed he had another bag in his hand he said it was for a different car so when he asked to see my receipt it seemed like he snatched it out my hand and took the bag back inside I continued to sit by the door where the window guy asked me to be and I seen the same employee run out to other cars. At this point I was aggravated I went inside to see what was going on cause it’s been awhile and I still had no food to where a nice girl don’t know her name either was nice enough she fixed my food and offered me 2 free meals.
