Ralph's Italian Ices — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

My husband and I went to Ralph’s to grab two tubs of pink and blue ice for our gender reveal and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The owner gave us basically every last drop they had of each flavor we needed and even ran to the other store to get a supply to make sure their supply wasn’t short for the next customer. On our way out the owner came over with two tshirts for my husband and I that were blue and pink and told us he was “So glad to be a part of our big day”. Worst customer service and probably because they don’t have the correct training I didn’t get what I want they serve right away icing Flavor when you ask for hard iced cream flavors I told her twice and I still got icing flavors pistachio tested like water sugar soap mixed now we understand why Saturday night was so empty they should ask more be more friendly and make sure the customers get what the want to eat not what they feel to serve ,none 3 of us got the right flavor 🙄 very annoying. I door dashed from ralph’s in centereach/selden, and the door dasher delivered someone else’s order to my house. when i called the store, a man answered the phone and was really apologetic about the situation and contacted the delivery driver and gave me a call back stating that Mohammad (the door dasher) was very rude over the phone and didn’t care that he delivered it to the wrong house. I tried contacting him as well and never got a response. The ralph’s manager personally remade my order and dropped it off to my house.
