Riley Fibbers — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

No service at all, owner is very rude and isn't accommodating to the food industry on being attentive to customers. Dirty plates, glasses left on tables for more than 30mins. High tops are considered the bar area still, didn't eat in the restaurant side which there's no waitress on. I took initiative to grab my own plates, silverware, napkins, ketchup, wipe down my own table as well, literally all I needed was an apron for myself. Very sad, I've been in the food hospitality service for 22 years and not even a thank you for coming when I was leaving. Owner was more focused on the corner of the bar standing and watching, periodically, in the kitchen cooking when need be. he couldn't take 1 min to serve the food to the tables who ordered. And probably doesnt have a food handling certificate. This place needs bar rescue on leadership and customer service. Owner seemed to not care for customers experience. I'm not looking for a free handout but jeeze, it was literally the worst ever. I came out to spend money and good service and it was and is a total waste. Will never come again! Even at the start of my experience, bartender didn't even acknowledge the other end of the bar with new faces waiting for a greeting, had to literally raised by hand like I was in college to get service. Was my wife's birthday and she wanted to try some place different for dinner. Walked in not knowing what to expect. The dining room was clean with plenty of TVs all around. We were allowed to choose any table to sit at and our server Ashley came right over to take our drink order. Beer was cold and martini perfect. Wings and chicken quesadilla appetizers were awesome! Wife loves a good bar burger and this one was perfectly cooked with a side hot fries. My steak sandwich was cooked the way I ordered it and it was excellent. The portions on the appetizers and fries were very generous. This review is very long overdue! We have dined here on multiple occasions! Pumpkin beers amazing, wraps amazing, sandwiches amazing and don’t forget my favorite fries! We also had a party hosted here. The entire space was extremely clean and the hot food trays were very delicious! I’m glad we were recommended here by a friend and have not been disappointed! The bartender for our party was very fast and efficient working by herself and the dining waiting staff are all amazing & friendly. They helped us decorate and anything else we needed! I would no doubt have them host another event for us in the future! Perfect chill spot including outdoor space, good tunes, respectful and efficient staff. We appreciate the service we receive each time...
