This location is wonderful. I went in today looking to dip my toe into the world of blush and Sam made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. She gave me recommendations based on my skin tone, budget and brands I was comfortable purchasing. She helped me test out the shades on my hands. I went in for one thing but I enjoyed my time with her so much, I ended up leaving with 5! The employees at the checkout counter, Debbie and Cassie were very sweet and let me spin the wheel and helped me choose some really great samples. The store itself is very spacious and well kept and organized. They had a huge shade range for all of the brands. I had a really disappointing experience at the new Ulta near my house. I placed a pickup order and followed all the prompts for curbside pickup when I arrived. After waiting in my car for a few minutes with no response, I called the store only to be told I had to come inside to get my order. This was super inconvenient, especially since I had my small toddler with me. If curbside pickup isn’t actually an option, why even offer it? It felt misleading and inconsiderate.
