Absolutely the worst subway store I’ve ever been to. My sandwiches had the bare minimum of what you can even call toppings and barely any meat. I called to tell them what happened and was hung up on 3 times before finally they answered and spoke to me. Upon answering the phone the man tells me that whoever made my order had left for the day. He then tells me he is busy and will call me back in 10 minutes. I ask him to take down my phone number and he says he has it so I ask him what number he has and I get hung up on again. I go to the store 7 months pregnant and sick to show them why I am complaining because I never complain but for $20 I needed to stand up for myself. I see two employees working and one customer in the store. They both keep telling me it’s lunch time and they are busy so that’s why they can’t talk. They go to grab my sandwhiches and I ask them not to touch them unless I get refunded. They tell me they don’t have the authority to do so. I ask them to call whoever has the authority. Another man comes in saying he is the owner. Still no other customers at this time but they continue to make it seem like I’m making a scene meanwhile I am just showing them my order. The owner says he can’t refund me the full amount because it was delivered and he won’t give me the delivery charges and I need to speak to DoorDash even though I did not order from door dash. I ordered through the website. I am livid and now turning red. He says he won’t give me anything until I give the items back and I refuse to give them back until I get the full refund. Read moreI was at the Subway, Holbrook location earlier today.For the most part, the staff is friendly. The food was good. I bought a sub, cookies and a fountain drink. When leaving i, went to fill my large cup of iced tea. The young guy that works there yelled at me telling me not to, because I had already filled it twice while there. His reason he said was " We're Wasting To Much Money, On You People. Your Not Allowed To Refill And Leave". After that he also said " it's like, were throwing money out the windows when you people do this". I mentioned that I did, just pay for a few sub hero's and the I'm a weekly customer. He did not like I said that. I said it politely. In front of all the other patrons inside he told me and the others "I DONT CARE I, DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS OR ANY OF THEY'RES." after seeing and hearing that another patron who was waiting on line with his and wife and 3 kids followed me out. While leaving. This family was in total disbelief. The wife said "well we'll never, come here again". There's a way to treat your customers, his actions definitely wernt the way to do so. Read moreThe absolute worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. Do not go to this location. The restaurant closed at 9PM- I Called at 8:40 asking what time they close and he says “I’m closing now”. I asked if I got there in 7 minutes if I could order as they close at 9. He said to place the order on the phone and I could only get meat and condiments as he already shut down the toaster. Whatever. I order. As I’m pulling into the parking lot, I get a call from the guy. He says “it’s 10$ I’m gonna meet you outside I’m closing.” It was 8:48 at this point. I had no cash. I pull up and he had already had the lights off and is standing at the curb with the sandwich.
