I go in and get a cup of ice cream, and i bought a cup of the chocolate cookie crunch topping, so the next day i made a bowl of ice cream and put on some of the crunch, so i take a spoon full and I almost broke as tooth ! Not joking I thought it was really small rocks in my mouth,so i couldn't eat it of course.so the next day i bring the cup back to the store , and i was nice laughing a little about the story, so the woman (pretty sure the owner,i have been there before), she's behind the counter doing something as i'm asking her about this crunch, never came to the front of the counter, so i said Whats the story This is not crunch, So Get this she said Oh yeah the company sent me the wrong one...I said ok, i said well i can't eat this, she says well like i said i got the wrong one..oh then she tells me oh yeah its probably the coated crunch... so i'm like i can't believe for $1,75 she won't just say "don't worry about it I'll give you the right item" , no I just left and that was it... So she Lost a customer over Crunch...

We’ve given this place 3 tries now with the new owner and still completely disappointed. The prices are higher, which isn’t a huge deal since we’re supporting a local business but when you’re charging 1.56 for sprinkles and there’s only MAYBE 25 teeny sprinkles on the whole cone, that’s a little ridiculous in my opinion. Not to mention that the cone little sugar cone was 5.15…again not a big deal for a local small business but when the soft serve is barely over the top of the cone that’s a bit of a problem. Also, waiting for them to turn on the soft serve machine and get the ice cream ready every time some one orders doesn’t make a lot of sense. The vanilla soft serve was runny and I guess that’s because it wasn’t quite ready. The staff looks annoyed all 3x we’ve been there. I wanted them to succeed but unless the owner does something to change this, sadly I don’t...

Update... brought my daughter to get ice cream for her birthday. Says it closes at 9pm, and yet they are closed with a note taped to the door AGAIN. It takes 1 minute to update your hours and not inconvenience people. Showed up to find a sign on the door saying they close early all week. Update your Google hours when you do this please. We weren't the only disappointmented customers wasting a drive to your store. Not the only time this has happened...
